Africa is high risk high reward and very difficult country to work in, there will always be delays and negotiations going on. There is no exact timeline however I am certain negotiations are currently in place to finalise the deal. If it is signed and announced price will rise if not it will drop further really simple. So far the price has stayed the same which implies no news either way so you’re scaremongering has absolutely no effect.
