Marik, I do agree with what you are trying to say here by deciphering his words however, I find it hard to believe that we are having an easier time at PD than others. I think AS is excited about the level of interest from Europe as he has always banged on about supply being the issue.

Things we have learnt:

1. It is NOT the mologic test
2. Our test is CE marked in the EU and was trialed in a European country
3. AS has said many times that SUPPLY is the issue not demand

The sovereign test is a debacle that one could assume won't be sorted anytime soon. However, given the sticky situation Innova are in, the fact we know it isn't Mologic (they wouldn't be suing the government if they had any chance) and its highly doubtful to be surescreen, who is going to continue the supply in July?

I think overall, this is POSITIVE news for us regardless how the SP reacts tomorrow. AS has always played this well and hedged the UK with the EU. He foresaw this...

Having been an avct holder, I have been watching and waiting to take a lunge here for a while. Given that avacta now have CE mark for the EU and the UK, its only a matter of time before this re-rerates back towards £1 given abdx will be a manufacturer. Of course, we must now wait for contracts to be signed with avacta which will occur from next week most likely. Very exciting place to be at the moment!
