Got a small top up in the morning at .165 but was hoping to get much more under .2 next week. Didn’t expect it to take off like this today. Suspect there will be a few traders who will sell off by COP but looks like the rerate has started.

Let’s not forget this hit high .4s in January when there was no clear plan. Now in a stronger cash position and plan for investment in an AI Agent business. Huge, growing market. If Alludium get a few enterprise contracts under their belt could easily see a valuation in the 9 figures imo. And CTAI could own 13%.

Sudden sea of blue here. Hoping I still get a chance to top up under .20 next week! If it breaks .20, think .26 then .31 next targets. I’d still top up at around .3 as I think this is heading to at least 1p by June.

Think everyone is aware of what the proposition is now so just time to accumulate and await further news. Hope to see a steady stream of buying as we head into May, with CTAI AGM and Alludium conference to take place.

Some solid buying again today. Delayed print for £9.6k just came through. Only a matter of time before we start motoring here.

Also think this hits at least 1p by end of May/June. Would only be a ~£6m mcap even after the additional shares being issued. Looking at what others in the space have done, seems very reasonable.

No one has missed CTAI G-For. Just getting started here. Lots of news over the next couple of months… could well see a CPAI style rise here over the coming weeks.

Disagree Wagdora. There’s no obligation to take the second investment in Alludium so wouldn’t need any further funds if Klarian weren’t to repay - just wouldn’t take the second part. Instead we’d have the first investment in Alludium and secondly take a chunk of Klarian. But, in any event, it’s most likely Klarian will repay given the money they’ve been able to raise and their increased pipeline.

Good to see buys coming in again. Hoping I still get a chance to top up around these levels next week but also wouldn’t be upset if a CPAI style 10x rerate started from now

Surprised to see selling down here but guessing some may be chasing risers elsewhere. Think this is a great buying zone - expect to see a lot picked up at this level to match the placing price. Hoping to pick up some more next week ahead Alludium announcements in May.

Agree with BO in that, after issue of new shares, market cap will essentially be equal to cash position. But cash shells are usually valued over cash position so still undervalued here imo. The placee got a price of .15p when investing £0.5m. The fact others can now get in for similar for investing much smaller amounts is therefore a good opp. News regarding the acquisition will definitely rocket this, and I don’t think we’ll be waiting too long. We’re taking 13% so even a £20m valuation for Alludium should double our mcap. Companies like this can get valued much higher though (even pre-revenue)

Decent reaction to today’s RNS. Down a bit (which is normal when a placing is announced) but still some solid buying so not dropped much. Think this gets a lot of interest as more details released on Alludium. Potential 5-10x like CPAI over next couple months imo.

This will be the floor. Obviously would have preferred no dilution but if it’s going to increase the valuation of the company by multiples, it’s not really an issue for me. The placee is going to want to make a good return for shelling out £500k. If Alludium are able to get some stable enterprise contracts they’ll get a very decent valuation.

Surprised to see the raise, given cash is coming in soon, but this could be a great business to take a stake in. I’m in the industry and the market is growing at a hectic pace. There’s room for players of all different sizes. Will be interesting to hear more about their model next month.

No large selling which is good to see. Think MMs need to up the bid and close the spread. If an RNS lands this could start motoring very quickly imo.

Finally broken .23. With no sellers to hold this back, should now see this return to .3s and then .4s in the short term imo. I reckon many multiples from here over the next couple of months though as plans are announced

Agreed, a better proposition that CPAI, given there’s no need to raise. The company has the cash to deploy and they’re likely to get some great deals in this climate. Confident this will multi-bag

Agree this looks a lot like CPAI (beyond just the similar ticker). It took CPAI 20 days to 10x from news, with some ups and downs along the way. CPAI mcap currently ~£7m. A 10x from lows here at CTAI would just be over £5m mcap & 1.5p. That’s what I’m looking for at end of month.

Agreed this should be back at .40 minimum with Spreadex out. Wouldn’t be surprised if in the next couple of sessions. Looking forward to investment plans - they’ll get some great deals for their cash in this market. Big year here I think.
