RE: CTAI has played a blinder…21 Apr 2025 21:48
Looking forward to the next few weeks here. CTAI have lots of news upcoming and now some attention garnered.
I understand there are doubters (as there are on all shares) but there has also been some outright misinformation by some people on this board over the long weekend. Addressed some below:
1. There is no further raise confirmed. The RNS said CTAI “MAY” purchase more of Alludium once Klarian money is returned “OR” with a further raise. So if they do opt to do so they’ll look to use the Klarian money first - which, in my opinion, will be paid in full. They could also choose not to purchase a further share. Even if they do raise, as long as they invest it well and increase mcap, no problem for me.
2. CTAI will not be short on cash runway after this investment. As has been seen this year, CTAI have very low costs. At this rate, after the purchase(s) they’d still have 2/3 years funding left. In this time, much can happen - there could be dividends from Alludium or they could exit Alludium at a huge premium.
3. There’s been talk of Alludium nearly going bust last year. There was a voluntary strike off which was cancelled. This could have been done for many reasons. At the end of the day they’ve kept going and are readying launch of their product imminently.
4. There’s been doubts as to valuation for Alludium given they have no current revenue. This is a ridiculous notion. So many companies are able to secure great valuations pre-revenue. Even with little revenue, software companies are able to secure huge P/E valuations. If the tech is exciting and there’s a sizeable market, no reason an 8 or 9 figure valuation can’t be achieved.
5. Some have doubted how big Alludium could be given the levels of investment. I’d point to the plethora of US tech giants that started off with
