30-Mar-10 08:36:55 Price Paid £169.75 Number of shares 300,000 Buy* £509.25k The large buys trades continue but the share price? I have a few questions for Songbird Estates.
Lift off... oh Yeah!!! Ready to BREAAAK £1.90 !!!
There appears to be some manipulation with the share price for last few days to facilitate the continued large buys coming in. Some trades are coming in as late reported buys. The large buying continues.
Slick move by some here this morning, best of luck.
Late published buy 1.063M I thought there was something happening this afternoon when the price was suddenly lowered on the back of only three small trades. There MM's lowered the price to facilitate this buy then the price went back up just as quickly as it was lowered. Very interesting indeed.
Nice to see I'm no longer alone here... lol

Live Price 180.0 - 182.0 Looking really good here now.
Looks like things are moving forward at a fair pace.
Lots of small 100, 200, 400 numbers showing I expect a big buy trade soon. Its always follows the same pattern.
2 Big Buys just in - > - > - > £179,025 £188,527.50 Total: £367,552.50 The Songbird has just sung!
I noticed the 398.75k buy this morning as well. I'm not in here but whats the thought on a potential takeover price. I already have a fair investment in SBD and thats ripe for a takeover as well.
Good to see some positive again, very good company imo.
Good buys again today and nice and steady over £1.70 pence now. Good luck all holders this has been a very good investment so far. Hopefully takeover time soon.
