What was the proper big lumpy buy? I’m trying to ID a pattern of anyone accumulating (corps or wealthy PIs!)

I’m taking the 15m buy at 1552 on Friday as a sign someone has a keen sense of news!

Seems that we should pop up toward .4 very swiftly next week, see some profit taking at that stage and end up with a new base being established at .3~ish. Unless something seismic lands I sense we’ll progress in that kind on manner in two weekly cycle segments.

Anyone else sensing we’re going to become a trading share for a while?!

So .245 tomorrow and then back to .21 for the weekend?!

Taking the time to review the RNS, it’s interesting to note the following paragraph:

‘Since 2021, Mr Forrester has been involved in the creation and leadership of Black Mountain Metals II, a new mining investment vehicle in Australia which facilitates the deployment of US private equity funds for the development of Australian resource companies’

So we may have a useful set of relationships to utilise for funding, and if I’m not mistaken were we not talking about the USA being ambitious to secure mineral resources. Could be a quick win alongside the new colleague. Let’s see how that develops for us!

I suspect there is another lumpy bit of news up their sleeves - but not sure if that’ll be as notable as todays. I would think that the Q2 pack on the website will have an updated timeline published in the morning.

$2.8m in the bank, 200k allocated to the drilling programme seeking to evaluate the resource to 10m depths (previous was to 1.6m). This is a massive opportunity for the new COO to reappraise the assets in the ground and get our NPV up dramatically.

The share had been taken down from the YH of 5.2 seven weeks ago on the risk of not getting a JV signed with Sheffield. It was hovering in the low 3s and then the news landed that Sheffield Resources were tight for cash due to op issues their end. The hit to 1.5 was waaaaay overcooked. The resource hasn’t changed or failed or gone anywhere, just the old plan to shed up to 50% ownership is now parked up (temporarily or permanently tbc).

The person to follow for sense here is BBN. Clearly knowledgeable and is balanced in their analysis.

He must have a speaking part - even if just a ‘hello, this is me’ segment.

He’s got to have had initial data and discussed in detail how his role would execute. This is really encouraging and if he can get the drilling campaign underway sharpish and prelim results dropped through (by segments or % of campaign) then we can il see sentiment really build.

We’ve got a professional to take this forward. Excellent news.

Legal Wolf - what would your plan be then? I don’t see any positivity from you at any stage and I thought we are all in this to make money? The cynical me wonders if you work for a competitor or have a reason to see this stagnate!

You’ve pulled the shallowest parts of the interview to make your points, whereas the reality is he’s going to keep some powder dry before Wednesday. For example he’s said $200k isn’t going to blow the budget of the $2.8m that they have on hand. Sounds pragmatic to me.

He made the points about having only drilled to 1.6m by hand previously but they’re going to push it to 10m or bedrock.

Sounds like they have someone with the right skill set ready to join, and to get this next 6 week stage of assessment done properly and we’ll then see a pictorial representation of the lay down of THMs.

Seems like there is a Plan C which is viable and retains 100% ownership.

Paul - Just another chapter of the dripathon of poison with Legalwolf. You just don’t get that aim is built on sentiment - or perhaps you do. Are you just trying to sledge it so hard that you can get in cheaper? Do you actually want to see this gain in value?
