Yeah Orion just would not have given us money on the hope that it would get built, they in their best capacity believe it will and has the support from banks to succeed. Companies like that do nothing by chance.

Vermehlo has no market value currently and PFS will lay that out. Then buyers will get an update on the financials of it as we go into an important phase for Nickel growth in the battery sector and desire for companies to get a piece of that action. Vermehlo so far has only beenn a £10m piece of paper, PFS will show it exceeds that outlay considerably. Even if we never build it, someone will!

Big difference in the studies.
1. PFS Vermelho only cost circ £10m to add a NPV to portfolio probably over $1bill (how much would a company have spent to get this far)
2. It is a secondary project meaning despite what will be a high capex will not have to be found anytime soon, project one will help finance it and possibly with a partner, plus in no hurry until EVs are screaming for Nickel and it will easily be funded in a better market - Cleanteq has this to find from scratch
3. Its a bonus to current project already started its financing, it is in better Nickel conditions both price and demand and demand will only get tighter
4. Despite difficult HPAL other project will support it whilst it gets to full production rather than standalone

arrivals on the board asking searching and specific questions all of a sudden.

Risk is gone from resource finding and quality, it is funding now. However it is a different story to SXX. Orion would not invest if they did not think others would follow it and others will have looked at the same market and HZM data. Orion will be involved again. No where near the same funding needed here to what SXX required, the mining is simpler, the commodity is entering a golden phase with deficits guaranteed and new demand coming in form of EV revolution. Lack of projects at this level around the world, the world needs this project....

Araguaia, DFS completed last year and has just received $25m in royalty financing from Orion. Expect further news over time of Bank funding, offtakes etc. Possible major tie in, possible buy out altogether..... in conjunction withthe PFS on Vermelho.

This news can be delayed for valid reasons, admin, new figures etc. so possible. Continoue profit takers are holding us here too. But with little movement now it should dissuade the traders looking 10% swings

LME warehouse has gone from circ 144k to 154k since early August, partly supporting the reason of increased nickel price as they are over buying. I see this trend continue until Jan so they can then eat into that extra nickel softening the blow to the nickel taken off the market and not spike price too much. Perhaps to stock up a bit more now at $18k than buy it $20k+ in new year.
To note that Phillipines stops mining and shipping early October and does not start again until April. That is going to make it worse losing Indonesia at the same time. Expect healthy Nickel price right through to spring whilst HZM conduct financing!

They go higher and more selling will kick in unless buyers can come in volume to outweigh the increased selling, so they keep it here whilst not enough sells take away from their big sell they are working in background.

IT is also very possible that the equity is 'mine' equity not HZM equity. They take a % of that project only. HZM with the potential to be realised in the other projects is not going to give that away because market is incorrectly valuing the share, suitors for a slice of the action might be paying more market rate to get in.
Regardless, with pricingint he market for Nickel and the cycle it is on we are now firmly in the driving seat in discussions as supposed to a passenger. Good reason JM was happy to plod along with discussions and in no hurry. PFS from Vermelho perhaps just about to make a slice of HZM pie more expensive. Currently it is only worth the 8mill paid for it with upside in NIckel price and new demand from batteries, but put a value onto it in PFS gives a current value not the one we paid.

Many people don't understand that having 100% of nothing is worth less than having say 55% of a mine that is fully funded to mine. That money does not dissappear it goes into the asset that allows access to the resource and money that contains. Its all to do with when the money is raised and what for, drilling holes will exhaust the money and you have nothign to show for it maybe at the end, whereas equity to mine is not lost it actually opens up access to more money.

Whilst the first 7.9mill was traded on the exchange, live time and falls without question into the buy category (not becuase you saw blue) the one after hours is a: at the mid price (ignore the red it is added using basic programming by the website you access trades through) b: was off exchange (as per Exchange reporting) and it cannot in any way be determined if it was a buy or sell or transfer or whatever.

Even if it was a sell it is either to do with matching the other trade (I have no problem someone picking up the slack as they have confidence) or Griffith being negotiated out (MMs have been working this area for sure last week) good to see him go and stop the mucking around. If its Glencore I'd be worried but there is not a chance in hell of that. Anyone else without a valid reason to sell out need their head seen to. They did not invest this far to think oh it costs a lot of money to bring a multi Tier 1 low cost quartile company currently in a market deficit hot commodity with little new mines coming online and a new market for the commodity ramping up whilst supply being taken off the market (see what I did there?)

Bottom line is allllll transactions are both buy and sell, the price they happen at gets reported to retail as either buy/sell based on mid point of bid and ask at time of reporting. Trades reported late often get described wrongly as they are reported against the spread at reporting time not when the transaction actually took place.

The 650k added to the 350k matched STFL 1million on the ASK price so it is significant in that respect, STFL have been as far as I am concerned involved in all the shenanigans today. They have been involved in some weird positioning and blocking today.
