LFP good for Commercial Vehicles like buses/refuse lorries, some storage solutions and cheap short distance driving (slow charging vehicles for inner city like Bejing. Think tiny cars in big Indian cities type thing. It has a place, but do not be scared of it.

So we can move on, great turnaround today in Nickel, but share buying was probably offsetting the sells that the other MMs took and Numis didn't see much of the buys. Need 14k yo really smash the ask.

We have the finances to sit and wait and if it means getting a better deal then so be it. Nickel price to improve as industry picks up, EV story improving..... all positive for a deal.

To stifle it and not only that they watch 900k shares being offered at 3.525p yesterday and panick sell at 3.406 and 3.4362 today!?

Even Numis desperate to sell is not going to stay at 3.52p under that onslaught...... They moved to 3.68 and appear to be creeping back down again. Now at 3.6p

Numis still dropping stock onto buy side, so best buy all you can now, because when they stop absorbing you won't get much quantity bought before it runs away from you. Still a JPM overhang I suspect which we know for certain is under 3% now....

New Delhi, Jul 6 (PTI) Nickel prices on Monday rose 1.46 per cent to Rs 991 per kg in futures trade as speculators built fresh positions on rising demand from alloy makers in spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, nickel contracts for July delivery gained Rs 14.30, or 1.46 per cent, to Rs 991 per kg in a business turnover of 2,373 lots.

The metal for August delivery traded higher by Rs 14.30, or 1.46 per cent, at Rs 995 per kg in a business turnover of 102 lots.

Rising demand in spot market from alloy makers mainly supported the price rise in nickel futures, analysts said. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ

Retail don't really trade Nickel so much I'd have thought with that spread, it's the big boys with deeper pockets and more knowledge....

Everything can trade technically as well as Macro. Nickel inventories have been flat for 2 months solid so you could say Nickel is in equilibrium and it has traded for a while now between 12500 and 1300. Every time it hits 13k it seems to get a bloody nose so...... naturally there are those that trade it will see that as a recurring theme, which therefore can lead to a breakout because if it eventually does trade above this 13,150 area then all those with shorts on at this point may want to unwind or stops are hit amplifying the breakout.
Brave people to trade Nickel it has a $30 spread on IG so not great for scalping i'd have thought, more tops and bottom entries.
As with most things when Macros are quiet technicals takeover and vice versa.

Top of the range, highest intraday since Mid Feb. Needs to keep peppering it for it to breakout.
