just going to buy the dips personally, as i see upside being much higher
do you need a statement to say "we are worth alot more" for the price to rise, or maybe people are starting to see the value here
when valuing a company, you dont just take the next year or two, for fintechs its a multiple of 10-20x
Hence with this company and its tech, the valution of £160m+ isnt as obsurb as you may think
i know its hard to give it that value, but your looking at this based on company. when pricing fintech, its more about opportunity value. Most fntechs like this, are valued in that space. QTX is a perfect example

I have been working in financial services/banking/investments for 15yrs. I only provide due diligence on stocks which i feel are very undervalued based on peer to peer analysis and company metrics
A fintech like this in logistics space at a time where shopping is online and people don't want to pay full insurance, this is easily above £160m mcap
i agree, they have signed a few major contracts in Q3 last year, the likes of grocers, arnold clark, marshalls etc...
Hence i believe in this and was astounded by the valuation. i could only explain it due to the listing configuration as i have seen that problem before. This i have no doubt will fly.
Its a matter of spreading the word
just recieved response from senior executive, they are looking into the listing problem with their listing advisor!
at the end of the day 80% of this company is owned by institutions or insiders, for me if we loose, they loose more. Thats a powerful statement!
"But it's unlikely to generate much interest there whilst this share can't be easily traded I guess"
This is the key point and so sending the email to the company saying this is not available on ibkr or tradin212 because of their ASX1 config issue may push them to act.
Doing some financial analysis on the company and the sector as a whole, feel this is a gem.
try and spread the word so people can see this gem!
Don't worry, I have a big following, so when I put out quality companies, people recognise their value. This is genuinely a decent stock, speaks for itself
Looks like people are seeing the value in this!
Brilliant stock to be honest
and if your invested, not sure i understand the logic of you saying this is a bad investment.
Perhaps see a shrink, even they will have trouble with this one.
And if your not invested, how sad you life is to spend energy where you have no stake
i have no problem buying and have already bought.
Dont think you understand how markets work, might be worth educating yourself, plenty of materials out there
Send them an email and let's get this heard. Not many gems like this around now
I think retail investors have moved to brokers like trading 212 and free trade due to their commission free nature. If this wasn't in ASX1, and could be traded there, I can easily see a £180m mcap here
The answer to your question is yes.
So back when the share price was £3, it didn't matter as much as there were not many brokers around with the likes of IG and HL allowing asx1 trades.
However since then, people have moved to the influx of commission free brokers which usually don't automatically allow trades for asx1.
Directors ownership is a reflection of their faith in my opinion.
The only reason why this stock isnt trading like QTX is because its LSE configuration prevents it from being traded by major brokers like IBKR and Trading212.

Please can you review your LSE configurations, as my broker is not allowing the purchase of your stocks as it sits in the Market Segment:ASX1. I imagine this is the reason why the stock has low liquidity and thus doesnt have the market exposure via the brokers where retail investors like myself predominatly carry investment actvity with.
if anyones interested, have a look at trakm8, its a leading telematics business.
80%+ owned by insiders and institutions
£7.5m MCAP, very low
COVID has really driven the growth of logistics, and when lockdown eases, telematics based insurance will see good volume given people one per/mile based insurance more and more
