Why would they update their site but not issue an RNS?
They can keep an eye on shareholder movement via share register but can only issue the RNS once they are officially informed via TR1 form.

They got 21m shares left, if completely selling out it will take them a while selling to PIs. Don't think they want to tank the sp so drip feeding the sales. Seems like ~28p is their floor sale price, but we'll see and no knowing when they will stop, could be any day now. In the meantime happy to have gotten my average to what it is.

With regards to comp that someone posted, in 2019 Dan was on $473k base and got $240k construction bonus. Not the implied £1m. Based on this year's performance and stated KPIs it looks like the management won't be getting their hands on any shares under performance oriented incentive plan.

The company is unbelievably undervalued and in my opinion it's purely due to the ex CEO (majority shareholder) and his past shenanigans. The positive here is that it's not the government that's corrupt
or putting the asset at risk here, the majority shareholder has a history of corruption on top of that the local judiciary and even the constitutional court are all corrupt and need reforming.
