Question for Pete. I’m thinking of CH1 as a back to back drill. Phase 1 upper layers for gas (appraisal) and phase 2 lower levels for oil (exploration). Do you think AEX will RNS the preliminary results for phase 1 (appraisal) before they continue to drill for oil (phase2 - exploration) OR do you see them completing the full drill operation before releasing any prelim results?

In July/august before NT2 the SP was 1.4P (0.8p now) so 60% reduction. Announcement of NT2 spud the SP was 2.2p and crept up to 3.3p just before initial well results. Over the next 3 weeks the SP peaked at 7p and dropped back after an NT2 gave a lower than expected flow rate. The SP hovered around 6-7p on the anticipation of NT3 which didn't happen and it then drifted to where we are today.
We only have 25% of Ruvuma now albeit free carry to production. Before we had 75% of Ruvuma and the anticipation of a back to back drill. Based on this crude analysis the SP should be around 1.3p in November (spud date) and creep up to around 2p in anticipation of CH1 results phase 1. I'm not sure what will happen in the time between phase 1 to phase 2 (Possible Oil) results, it depends on the results of phase 1., although I can't see the SP going above 4p (£150m MC) in any scenario.

One of my questions for the board:
Shareholder Value = Share Price.
Since the current board of directors took over the Share Price has reduced by 90%. What is you plan to get the share price back above 2p and what are the time shares?

Markettimer… appreciate the effort that you’ve put in to acquire this info but if this was presented to the existing bod, they would blame the previous bod (apart from Gneiss payments).
Financials from 2018 onwards would be more useful in challenging the existing bod’s performance.

You state the if TPDC don’t pay the full amount the deal would default to SCIR. In what court? Definitely not one in Tanzania.

The bod must know that if the TPDC want the 25% then they will only received the 1st $3m. The TPDC will not pay the rest of the cash which would then incur years of legal costs to obtain the rest of the monies. So hopefully the bod will be looking at a way out. Ie void the existing deal with WEN. A bit like the One Dyas deal.

Tip for you Markettimer. The best method to get useful information at an AGM is a one-to-one with each director AFTER the meeting.

If so it would be good to isolate the existing BODs share based payments and directors remunerations. Ie from 2018 onwards.

We got most of the One Dyas monies back. I think they kept £200k-£300k for expenses. It’s in an RNS.

If you are not willing to declare your motivation to post here, perhaps you could provide your psychiatrist details so that we can let them know that the treatment is not working.
