Drill mine and transport to Telfer newcrest mine and make $180 million a year in revenues based of 30% (ggp share) of 500,000 ounces a year production, after taxes,royalties etc take 40% off that figure and its $108 million yearly profits....year after year after year ....you can now see why the ecomomics of this deal are giant in terms of NPV. All approximate calcs but you get the picture. This could easily be a $1 billion market cap company in the future. Gervais in his interview knows that...but lets face it retail punters dont get it....they will and this will be at 5p short term here....let people do the maths...its not difficult to work out. Bought in today here. Going to leave them do there thing. Drilling kicks off in April and $5m min spend by Newcrest on exploration. For newbies thats massive amounts of drilling money for ggp as that goes a long long long way in australia. Todays news is a gamechanger and expect to see some big moves north from here Haverion is a monster in the making...and now its being fast tracked to be mined and best thing is the capex will be tiny as ggp can use newcrest telfar mine nearby so no need to build a mine from scratch to process....which means giant NPV for gpp from this deal. We are heading to valuations closer to $500m here over the course of the next year or two here and very short term we could be at 5p-10p as the market digests how lucrative this free carry JV is for GGP. Best thing is this is just one prospect for GGP. Look at the rest....all next to monster gold mines....likes of Rio Tinto, Newcrest, Newmont and other majors all neighbour's. Expect a serious re rate in valuations here as this is very cheap at this market cap vs the giant scalable gold plays.

Rns can land at anytime but no one knows when This is so oversold here its ridiculous. Some of the posts below as well claiming rns logged and other rubbish is just plain lies as no one knows when news will land here but when news does land i am expecting a serious fast multi bagger here. Dyor and definetely dont take advice from a chat board look at the previous rns, company interviews, the booming waste to energy sector and the massive partnerships eqtec have with the likes of ACS - Cobre etc. Gla but you dont need luck as this will multi bagger from here at some point in the near future in my views.

Look at the volumes today. Its clear that this is now in the hands of institutional big money and they will direct the price as and when they are loaded up in their positions. I am super happy because if instis love this then all us holders are in for a treat here when news starts to land. So much news expected now.
