Feel sorry for people who get mislead mate. This should be at 2-3p pre bercheva levels. Smart money know that and keep loading up on dips when retail sell. Its the way the market works....the rich get richer.

Eqtec have the money already read folks EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), the technology solution company for waste gasification to energy projects, announces that it has entered into arrangements in respect of the provision of new loan facilities for up to US$3.2 million (approximately GBP2.4 million), an equity investment of GBP1.15 million  They don’t need funding from Ebioss. As for ebioss rns there are financing alternatives being analsyed. "As a consequence of this fact, a Board of Directors has been convened for the next Wednesday August 8 in which the different financing alternatives will be analyzed" Where does it say its fallen through. Time to report these derampers posts, posting inaccurate and false information.

No it has certainly not fallen through. They are discussing various financing options.probably more money so ebioss and btc together can mantian the 51% majority in eqtec is my hunch.

Exactly probably more money needed. For obvious reasons.... Some people find it difficult to connect dots with moving parts. How else are ebioss going to maintain 51%. They need cash to do that haha

eqtec have financing commited already and agreed. This is ebioss related. They sitting down at the table to discuss the options. Maybe better terms? Or bigger amount for evioss to maintain their 51%?? Open market possibly. Give them more cash.

Someone translated it wrong.... It has been been sucessful as of yesterday 4 mln in the bank for ebioss. Boom

They made 1 bad decision with bercheva. Prior to that this was trading a lot higher than these prices. Bercheva are gone now and the existing investors as part of their conditions for backing eqtec again (since a lot lot higher inital investments) have stipulated board changes and a growth plan. New leadership and growth plan is coming....i expect it in the next set of news mate as per the rns. Good luck to people getting in once this is confirmed which i fully expect it will as per rns.

Its lies mate. There is nothing like that. No conversion rights. Utter bs to try and fool retail who believe rubbish as they dont research. Were do these posters come from. Clear troll as even after explaining our reasoning re long term investors backing the troll comes back with more nonsense. Simple process....ignore and of it continues email into lse. People here are way to smart and understand the huge fundamentals of eqtec very well to be duped or fooled by trolls. Nothing can stop eqtec moon shoot for 2018. Its a load of rubbish as ebioss do not have any debt balance or warrants in eqtec so there is no conversion rights. Care to share the proof sellonnews ....thought so.

Agreed mate but lets seperate the investors from the bad decision making of the board to accept bercheva deat spiral. Thank god the long term holders and investors sorted this mess out. We have to thank them for that. Win win for all and like you said onwards we go....we have a big onwards to go as well.

Again that makes no sense either what you said. The existing investors are institutional themselves, they will do whats best for eqtec as they have held since 5p+ days - the only reason they helped out eqtec was to save them from bercheva when we were sub 1p to protect their long term investment here ....i dont see why you cant understand some basics here and we are going around in circles here. I like reading your posts but dont pretend to be a resident expert when i am trying to help you understand the real picture here buddy. Black torro need to table a bid or a significant proposal otherwise they will lose control upon conversion.... If you still dont believe in what i say then i can put up the number %stake pre and post conversion to help you understand. Its great for eqtec as ebioss has run the company into its knees....having an independent board is protection for shareholders against any predator hostile takeover. The big holders will want to see multiples these prices and so do we. End result win win for all. Hope that explains things and is useful to you and others on the board.

The shares will not get cancelled imo but the shares are in long term holders hands who have held since 5p+ so not bothered. Unless there is a takeover or serious premium paid i am happy with the existing backers namely eco finance ,altair and origen (all pratically one cosortium) They backed it at 5p + so expect a significant rise above that and then maybe worth taking some of table. Institutional buyers have a different mindset and longer term outlook.they understand if not better the incredible upside. However it was previous management that destroyed this gem by allowing bercheva cln and now they are being forced to make changes by the existing investors who saved us all from the death spiral. The share price being where it is at is a testimony to the long term investors being long term investors.everyone knows the huge upside here and its many multiples of where the price is now. Regarding the loan possibly it can be renegotiated but ultimately eqtec dont need black torro...black torro need eqtec as the contracts eqtec are talking about with partners (ACS, energy china, refako) are giant given the present peanuts valuations.

Thats where fair value is. -Existing 70 million worth of contracts -New contracts to come with world leader ACS -new managment -growth plan -Black torro in the mix Hold them tight...everyone wants a piece of the action here at these distressed share price levels. When this gets going it will gather big momentum as people understand the fundamentals better and realise. Big 2018 for eqtec. Happy to be part of the journey here.
