They have it already with the long term existing investors taking the equity part of it. Thank god.

Singing to the choir topaimer i know that. Thats why i am loaded here. A little game of pick a distressed valuation and then turn it around. They need to deliver new management thats the key for me to propel the moon shoot rise. The aim market and imvestors have had enough of ebioss destroying shareholder value from 8p down to the approx 1.4s we are at now.time for ebioss to take a back seat and new managment convert these huge contracts and win new ones so we can reach those 2 year highs again in 2018.

Anything is possible. The sooner the news comes the better. I want ebioss gone as majority holders and a fully independent board here with fresh board changes and growth plans. The sooner this happens the sooner we can confidently expect 3-4p here. New contracts will send the shareprice to a new planet. The moon. 2 year highs here just shy over 8p.

Yes does not take a rocket scientist to work out where eqtec is heading. Want some balance boy???? Lets get to 2-3p and then talk balance....pre bercheva levels....nothing but good has happened since then as in bercheva are gone and existing imvestors saved us all from them. New managment and growth plans. And the best part of it all is that ebioss lose their majority here....they deserve that given how they have driven the shareprice down to these distressed levels. Heard the saying great minds think alike? I take that as a massive compliment as would not mind being called topaimer as he is one of a few posters on eqtec board that is respected and understands eqtec inside out.

Thank god eqtec does not have to rely on ebioss for financing. Its all in place at eqtec. Money to rock and roll. With or without ebioss or BT, eqtec are funded by existing long term investors and the fundamentals of the business are solid. I want to see new management asap....thats needed here and will probably be a catalyst it that happens to 3p area as lets face it folks ebioss are soley to blame for the poor managament decsion with allowing the bercheva loan and not delivering for shareholders. The sooner they lose control the better for all of us. Want to see ebioss lose majority and a proper growth plan to monitise 70 million worth of existing business and bring in new revenues and contracts and take eqtec to multiples of pre bercheva levels 2-3p. Eqtec is in a lot lot lot stronger postion now than it was with bercheva and we are trading well below pre bercheva levels. Aim makes no sense thats why i am loading up at these prices.

Eqtec have financing sorted. Ebioss will no longer be majority holders as of friday. New managment New growth strategy And wait for it HUGE contracts coming from ACS ETC Was 2-3p pre bercheva and now they gone. Think i will stick to fundamentals here....smart buying.
