Unless you are a really big shareholder and you have got a couple of other large holders you are wasting your time.
HOWEVER, if you do have a reasonable percentage of the company, it does not need to be that great to topple the BoD or not elect directors, simply because the percentage that actually vote at AGM's is relatively small. My top tip to you would be to look at recent voting to establish what level of support you require to make things happen. Also bare in mind that Bell will run around gaining support if he thinks his sinecure is under threat.
I would also offer a word of caution in that this is a one donkey company and the donkey's name is Bell, if he goes, you have to wonder what the impact would be on the company's assets, deals and relationships. Bell's sidekick does not impress and I doubt the non execs do a great deal, although now that Australia is more in play, I may be wrong on one count.
