How big of a deal the Indicative Term Sheet potentially leading to a Final Term Sheet could be for the business.

Mine - VAST is a great stock to trade post placings. They've got history raising frequently so without a raise in 6-8 weeks buying in the open market is always a great risk here. You're better off waiting personally for the Placing even if you had to buy slightly higher, lose the risk of dilution and the shares normally rally after.

Pecten, that might be right but VAST is a trading stock not a long term hold. Buying after the last 3 placings would have got you around 20% profit on average to the peak

Passing comment on #VAST not advice though .. first placing this year at 0.15p reached 0.18p peak , second placing at 0.153p reached 0.27p peak .. recent 0.18p placing reached a 0.265p peak ..

If someone I knew was involved in the 1.6p raise in the Summer of 2018 .. are they now up 50% or are they down 85% in new money?

Pushing up through 1.95 .. still people sat on the offer by the looks of it . .can't be much to go.. probably see them clear then pop to 2p

3m, 8m, 4m Friday .. that’s a good 17m odd which clearly will be placing monies being sold. Probably not that many left and we might see a sustained rally to 2p like we briefly touched on this morning

Was 2-2.19 a few minutes ago. 8.5 traded already this morning mostly buys. Got to clear some of the selling pressure out of the Placing and this could potentially fly. Only thing holding it back atm

All those buys 0.875, 0.89, 0.9 straight off Novum's placees sat on the offer
