Missed deadline? They literally had a meeting on the 15th with the Bank which was the timetable expected. No one said 'on the 16th at 7am we will receive approval or not' chill out

It was 100% a requirement of the bank.

Update on Asset Backed Debt Facility

Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, would like to update the market that the previously announced detailed term sheet from the international banking institution (the Bank'), linked to Vast's now 100% owned Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine (Baita Plai') in Romania, was presented to the Bank's credit committee at its meeting held yesterday, 15 December2020, and the final decision is being considered by the committee members.

The Company will update the market regarding approval status once confirmed by the Bank.

So there we go, everything presented, just waiting on a decision. I get the impression lots of people expected them to turn up to the meeting and get a decision after a pitch whilst they wait in the lobby. It doesn't work like that.

Pushing up towards 4p nicely .. market seems happy to move it up on buys ..

Yes there should be an announcement or two at 5pm.

Building up nicely at full offer .. last time we did this we were 0.1775 buying a day later ..

LOOOL donotpanic you are utterly deluded 'investors will take it positive' how is over a month delay going to be positive? They don't have production machinery. Not producing anything. Commercial production 2 months time kicked down the can. You poor deluded person

Because there's nothing certain that it takes place there. You've got DBAY rejected and buying more shares, Lantronix in talks and u-Blox with the 'all-share' offer not all cash.

I think it's a misprice here personally which is why I was buying similarly at 167p, but it's not going to go to 250 on an all-share offer that they haven't recommended to accept yet.

Lots of opportunities here though until it's confirmed.

Seemed to have been shaken off already, strong buying all morning, yes I feel sorry for people buying yesterday around 0.48 but realistically a top up here seems to make sense, there's not aggressive selling going on .. I can't see it shooting straight back to 0.48 but a raise of 4% of the market cap roughly, 4% drop we are looking at around 0.45/0.46 .. nearly 10% from here ..

Cantors seemed to aggressively bring it down to 0.4p offered, they've since moved back and now the buys are starting to come in .. 0.416 when others were happily buying at 0.48 yesterday .. seems cashed up .. nice

Yep looks like it was kept 0.95-1.0 so the MM's could accumulate shares.

Volumes has always been the issue here, the market wants to push this higher but it needs news or volumes. Set up nicely here for a move higher if volumes support

Yep explains the drop. Remaining 75% acquired, shares still going to trade a decent volume every day so you'd imagine find their feet at 3.5p before a move to 4p

Seems like there's barely anything left before it goes NT .. one trade and the offer moves higher iMO ..

VAST get paid at the port so you'd imagine it would be Wednesday.

Happy to see confirmation of first sales RNS'd today. Hopefully should be the start of a good week!

Potential for a full response to u-Blox , Lantronix talks or anything from DBAY.

I can see why it is currently, but this should not be a 199p stock on Monday
