Never going to happen when he holds 10% already. Non-Voters and all that will keep him in power, if there's ever a worry then he can just do another placing and give himself another 5% or whatever

And low and behold we are up 6p from 14:00 yesterday afternoon. This share is performing the same as when I went into 4D Pharma at 117 .. ended up at 88p within 2 weeks, the AT bots cleared off and we went to 150p! I'm not saying PRE will perform the same, but this is SETS not MM so fingers crossed PA is working round the clock to get his £600k investment back in the money again at 120p. Financing should hopefully be when not if .. looks a bargain here

Mirasol - they had £4.6m in July and some liabilities to pay off + cash burn. They couldn't expand facilities with existing cash so had to raise a small amount. The market clearly likes the look of the raise here as it's printing above 23.5p. I see no reason why this can't be 24/25 in a few weeks if buyers come back in

Lots of buyers near the raise price, MM's seem fine to move it up, should hopefully keep printing and stay above 23p. Now they are funded for the expansion works I think we could have a good few weeks here

Reading between the lines , brokermandan and TW and the RNS’ it looks like £5m was for the old placing reason and they would have had it covered easily, they didn’t need £5m to expand facilities so took a lower amount which is smart .. I think it’s a good deal at a good price really and expect this to kick on

You are correct, absolutely nothing has gone wrong since they raised all that money at 120p. Even the director put funds in, no one is happy from that raise and want to see the price higher, just have to wait on the funding as PA is under serious pressure now

It's no longer active. What will send the SP higher is news on the seismic data or whether they saw any oil before the drill bit broke. Remember this went from 0.18 to 0.24 pre placing that's over 30% move in a few days. There will always be buyers of UKOG, there will always be big moves, it's just about time the company or WH Ireland gave us a reason to get excited.

Think the VELA/CIZ news was just the beginning. It might not be instance, but you're getting a 50% discount to the RTO price, lots of news to come.

I want this up so much but I can't keep buying all the time. The last fundraise was extremely poorly handled and the Corporate Broker have a lot of questions to answer. I am confident we get the news and the share price absolutely smashes it, but it's just painful.
