Have to be careful what I say but the only reason is that it's being walked down by someone on low volumes, if you look at the L2 from time to time you can see who it is. Nothing wrong with the company.

Betaville is a £12k a year service that provides merger and acquisition talk and is extremely reputable - look at the date of their piece on Informa (INF if you don't know it) and then subsequent move intra-day as soon as they posted it, because algos and funds watch what they post.

Have also called CERNER in the US takeover correctly, spoke about MGGT many times before the take over, and also called Codemasters and Telit deals much before they were announced.

But of course you wouldn't know about them, because you sit on this board 24/7 whilst being invested in SNG and Rolls Royce and other shares.
