I have bought sold, shorted, traded. Its funny how this is unfolding. It vindicates my decision prior to suspension but also, also allows me to conclude those who thinks they know the game with such confidence and had lured others in that they know nothing if this falls through. Theyve lost CFO, chairman, 2 non executive and one retired since sidara had shown interest. Wouldn't sidara want to know why? If all the bad news was out, they wouldn't have left surely. Let me give you an analogy. If you were looking to purchase a house but didn't vendor didn't want to sell it to you as u were under pricing it. However each time, those who won the bid, did the survey and found major structural issues and house had fallen through several times. The vendor then returns to you and say, we'll accept ur low ball offer. Wouldn't you question why the vendor didn't sell it to all the previous high bidders and had to accept lower offer. Wouldn't you want to know what mustav showed up on the survey for all those others choosing to bail and pull out even though they had soo much cash and it was lose change to them like sidara. They still pulled out because it was on a weak foundation imho hope you understand

JO, you were confident that takeover was going to be north of 80p. And that there maybe a new bidder? That hasn't happened! In fact, the board is willing to accept 35p. So they could run from the drama and hoped sidara would jump to make the offer. That hasn't happened! Still no takeover offer to date! How can you say 35p is given when you have been wrong previously ? Now it's getting even interesting. CFO resigned previously and now a chairman and 2 others are stepping down and one other choosing to retire all before the accounts is published. Isn't everything that could be the worse to happen to a company is happening here. Its obvious, people who are stuck in here will try and justify everything to say its part of the plan. But I'm confident what we know now post suspension. People wouldn't have invested if the information was known if this stock was trading imho

Why would sidara pay 45p when the board is willing to accept 35p. Even if there was no material impact. Secondly. If there was another bidder. They would have put there name in the hat by now and set the same condition as sidara.... these points are no different saying. If you pick these numbers on a lottery ticket, you could make £XXX million. Stick to the facts which is:

- No offered officially made

- no other bidder

- accounts likely to not be published before offer period ends

The next question is, will sidara stay on the table? Everyone will be tuning in for the rns when offer period ends. If no, then panic and uncertainty begins.

EU basically saying , trump using scare tactics like they did to China to push things along. So EU understand trumps playing that card. Soon it'll be less effective because in the end. Other country believe tariffs can be negotiated and wont be deterred by irrational behavour. My point is. If trump imposed tariffs of around 140 odd % on its biggest trading partner. Without thinking twice! Then imposing 50% as of 1st June 2025 on europe isn't going to be hardest decision for trump as EU is second biggest trading partner. Infact trump has more of an issue with EU than China. More of a grudge that EU was created to damage US. So there is 3 trading days next week before it comes into effect. If we don't hear anything in the next few days. Market volatility globally could get interesting imho

Savage, suprise u didn't sell around 1.80 when it did, avocet warned you it was dropping but greed got better of you with ur hope to get 1.80+. Instead the price has dropped to pre results level. Back where u started imho
