For me it's about debt level, would I rather be invested in a company that is promising low level debt expecially in current climate? Revenue growth? And where revenue is secured against contracts that run over several years? Where revenue isn't driven largely by consumers like retail etc ? Imho

The issue with capita has been debt imho. They lost control in the past but have promised very low debt level. Imho .

If company can grow revenue even after disposing business, and reduce debt. Surely that is seen as positive imho

I can't see teens, otherwise market cap v revenue v debt, would be totally off...I expect revenue increase as its tilted to second half. With this, capita would have done well to increase revenue even after selling portfolio division implying revenue as unaffected by disposals. I expect debt to drop materially. Probably to the lowest level its been in the past 10 years..and profit to be flat due to disposal....and positive free cash flow as promised last year..for them to delay RCF implies they have more free cash flow...all imho

Buying is now closed imho...could debt which was what investors were complaining about last December show material or significant reduction this time round? Could JL prediction of 90p odd share price hold element of Truth? Transformation is complete. Now its delivering to strengthen balance sheet and increase revenue. Imho

If they can show revenue increase which they expected too as its its tilted to H2 in previous reports, even after selling some non core business. Then they'd have done well...a material reduction in debt will help this jump imho...

No1plasterer, u stated, u opened a short but unfortunately citadel have decreased their short. Wonder whether ur bluffing haha. 156 m from pay360 looks like it's going to make the trading statement more interesting. People last December was disgruntled because debt was flat around 800 m...they stated they will bring debt down MATERIALLY. It stood at 700 at aroubd half year but since had many disposal with the largest at 157m. Imho

For them to get pay 360 completed near a month early because it was likely to be end of December or Jan shows they want to have positive impact on the share price imho

I'm looking to add to my modest holdings after todays news. As the upcoming update probably look interesting as many didn't expected this sale wasn't going to complete till after the update or even next year. It seems like most of the disposals are done from 1 or 2 maybe left imho..so expecting announcement on March or June results for dividend to be reinstated in 2024 imho...they stated they will achieve free positive cash flow this year so this should help for the upcoming year. Imho

Completion of the sale of Pay360 Limited

Capita plc ("Capita") has today completed the sale of its Pay360 Limited
business to Access PaySuite Ltd, a division of The Access Group, on the terms
as announced on 16 September 2022.

The completion of the transaction follows receipt of the necessary regulatory
and Capita shareholder approvals. The sale proceeds of c.£156m will, post the
deduction of transaction costs, further reduce net debt and provide additional
liquidity for Capita which together will further strengthen Capita's balance
sheet.

Pounds on the rally imho

Its like going to a sweet shop, an u see a chocolate for a £1. So u buy it thinking its a bargain. A day later, u go to the same shop and its now for sale for 80p. There's nothing wrong with the Chocolate, still in date, yet people won't buy as they feel suspicious. If the shop keeper then put that same chocolate up for £1 again, people will buy, how strange imho
