am i the only one that is not surprised by this? if Heathrow are introducing them then all international airports in the UK will be. the market is huge and growing, anyone who's looked at this at all knows that......for me it's only a wow moment if WSG are the one's getting the sales.

Ian: i think most people are aware that it's a massive market....the question is how much of said market we can capture..and at what margins. I would agree with your implication that the WSG share price is not reflecting the potential sales yet....this is based on the Q1 RNS that stated that we had taken $1.2m in fevers scanner sales in the last 2 weeks of March. I assume that this has continued...but it's hard to know if this was blip and the average is much lower.......the thing is that there is nothing concrete to build assumptions round....so it's just a bit of a punt*....one that i think is worth taking.

* i think that the covid sales impact are a bit of a punt, i think that the underlying business is strong and as such derisks the punt somewhat.

Mr Coin: Love this...... first we were an oil play, then the lockdown was going to bankrupt us because no one would ever fly again (apart from easyjet which he was punting), now our main business is hand santiser and it's overpriced so we're all doomed.

Love teh concept that overpriced hand santiser and some PPE means that the BoD must have lied tot he market about the reason for delay.....a lie that included the auditors who would know if it were true before signing off the accounts....Mr Coin: the moon landings were faked, 911 was an inside government job and Elvis is alive and well......honestly, you have an amazing mind

esd: fair point. offices are much more numerous, but most of the large London ones will have limited entrances...especially if we're operating a one way system.
Glad that we have an NFL team, but would guess that if it became common / mandatory then the US would be supplying them direct...you know how patriotic they get.....but it's all little positives and hopefully they'll give us an idea of how little or big next Thursday

Ian:: i think the global asset manager is more important. the NFL is a high profile name, but may not actually need all that many scanners....businesses in large offices will most likely need them at all their offices. . Strikes me that London, Edinburgh, Budapest and the US s a very odd selection of cities to highlight if it is BlackRock they have offices in another 27 countries after all. That said, I'm amazed how few asset managers have offices in Budapest

I bought a couple of shed loads at 8p this morning, sold them all at 15p then bought back at 9p and sold again at 12p. Don’t believe in the stock, it’s all a rubbish oil play but it’s made me loads in trading.

I can’t say what it will do tomorrow, but tomorrow I’ll tell you what happened and explain how I knew tonight it was going to happen and how I traded that.

Mike: the boss banned me as she doesn’t want get fat. But the kids like delivering food to their friend’s houses on their daily exercise. Also out of eggs and butter. butcher is delivering eggs tomorrow (amongst other things). Butter and chocolate arrive on Friday from morisson’s .....I don’t tend to go to shops these days. Trying to do my bit to social distance.
