I want to hear BfD's explanation as to why Gst haven't notified us the deal is off, it's very material news and he believes they must tell us immediately. How long does it take for Robert to realise the deal is off and bring in new investors?

So let me get this straight, Gst and Easysend are currently in negotiations for the sale of 60% of the business which is expected to be done in Q1.

Some are now suggesting that the deal is off and Easysend have brought in 'new investors'

If that was the case, Gst and Easysend would have discussed this a while ago no? And we would have been updated. Unless people think that Easysend wouldn't have bothered telling Gst that the deal was off and would have brought in new investors anyway.

If the deal was off it would have been off some time ago and I'd be shocked if the BoD failed to tell us by now, or are the delaying telling us BfD? A clear breach of the stringent rules you think management follow.....

Rich you've been here long enough to recognise what this BoD does, they've stated they expect the acquisition to be completed in Q1.

All too coincidental for my that we are in Q1, confirmation statement completed early and the owner having 60% to sell, management team holding the rest.

If the deal was off we would know about it by now.

All the Fca have to do is approve the sale, they have no reason not to.

Founder 'and management team' to retain 40%.

60% is in the hands of Robert the owner ready to sell to Gst.

Until the BoD states its off, then it's very much on and this changing of shares recently tells me it's very much on.

 Both parties wish to see this work completed before completion of the acquisition. The Group's acquisition of EasySend is therefore currently expected to complete in Q1 2025.

72k shares is 60% of 120k.

Gst are to acquire 60% of easysend.

Confirmation statement filed early.

If this is some kind of weird coincidence..........
