Bloody hell, from Rns -Returning to the UK in 2003 he held a number of senior equity trading roles, including with Tristone Capital, which was acquired by Macquarie, where between 2005 and 2012 he established and ran their UK trading operations.

So Gst own and run the exchange, they brought in the tech needed from outside which will significantly lower the investment and operating costs borne by the Company.
