The need to adapt both Methods to a client-server architecture emerged from discussions with potential BTC mining clients/partners and their request for QBT source code to be installed on their mining rigs to be inspected for security and other technical reasons. QBT, however, is not prepared to share the source code of its Methods with any third party.

So the miners requested the source code and Qbt said no, they then spent time and presumably money changing it to Saas, 10 days after they announced a placing, I have no idea if the SaaS would give the miners the same results as the code, hence why I stated I dont understand the tech enough to invest. Maybe the code would have speeded things up for the miners.

No, its a little binary for me to risk any money, i'd only trade this at best. I think FG may have messed up over the 'code' situation the miners were asking for to test the product, and to be honest, I dont know enough of the tech to be confident it would even work.
