GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech and information technology solutions company, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a legally binding Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire the whole of the issued share capital of UAB Glindala ("Glindala"), a holder of a Crypto Currency Exchange Licence registered in Lithuania, for a total cash consideration of €27,500 (the "Acquisition").

Absolute bargain, as Angra, Paypt, Semnet and Bake are.

And to think they bought the exchange for 30k! Lol.

I dont think it is at the minute, but once integration is complete and full fees are applied, it should be, 70000 instant users added, MiCA licence across Europe, Far east, it's going to surprise a lot of people IMO, especially if Shayne continues to work hard and get it back to the levels seen only a few years ago for Bake. Could be easily making between 20 and 50m a year, imagine having shares in kraken when that first got going, opportunity knocks.

If people dont want to leave it untouched they dont have to Kat, just sell up and move on, nobody but you it appears gives one.

Ive left mine and have a very nice 6 figure profit, so it's doing me fine cheers and I believe it will turn into a 7 figure profit as I have patience and belief, I just dont need you telling me about what the share price is doing every hour cheers, so now you're back on filter , congrats youve made the idiot list which it should be renamed to. Is full with the idiotic traders, ramping or deramping depending on what they are in or out. I say idiotic as none of them have the 1st clue about the company, they just love the sound of their own voices telling everyone what the share price is doing each and every 10 mins.

Then the investors, who have to endure their constant nonsense, what the idiotic need to learn is, we dont care what the SP is doing from minute to minute, we care what the company is doing from quarter to quarter and whether that direction is either good or bad. The last 4 quarters here have been excellent and the BoD are steering the ship the way we want them to.

So take a hint, we dont care what Kat, Arthur, Wayne, Simon et al have to say, you all post meaningless dribble day to day about what the share price is doing and nothing about what the actual business is doing. Very boring.

The HoT contain certain legally binding clauses including:

- TGC will be responsible for, AND WILL PROVIDE, necessary transaction expenses of both parties, which are expected to be approximately US$2 million. GST will commit an advance of 20% for the payment of the listing expenses and upon a successful IPO this amount will be reimbursed to GST.

- That TGC shall identify a suitable US-based corporate finance adviser and broker for the purpose of the Potential Listing and send a copy of its proposed engagement letter for GST's review before it is signed.

- The parties agree that the proposed valuation ascribed to 100% of Semnet for the Potential Listing will be US$54 million, of which GST's 67% ownership of Semnet is agreed to be valued at US$36 million subject to the Potential Listing being successfully completed.

GS Fintech UAB has paid a non-refundable deposit as part of the Agreement, with the Completion payment expected to be fully settled in cash, funded entirely from the Company's own funds.

Angra has experienced substantial revenue growth during H1 25, which has continued post Period end. This growth has been closely linked to a significant rise in client volumes as the business continues to gain traction and market share following the establishment of Angra Global in H1 24. 

Both parties wish to see this work completed before completion of the acquisition. The Group's acquisition of EasySend is therefore currently expected to complete in Q1 2025.

is pleased to announce, the successful completion of the acquisition of the business and assets of Cake Pte Ltd and Cake DeFi UAB (together "CAKE"), including the Bake Cryptocurrency Platform ("Bake") (the "Acquisition").

The funds raised from the Placing and the Retail Offer will be principally used to accelerate the implementation of the Group's GS Money strategy, including the advancement of the recently acquired CAKE business and Bake Cryptocurrency Platform.

It literally states for advancement of Cake and acquisitions, so why would you sell?

So anyone invested is waiting for that news, if you sold because you can't wait for 2 weeks then I'm afraid that's down to you. Youd be laughed out of court for make such a claim, then you'd have to prove they've breached market rules, and any management would easily state they were waiting for concrete signatures, DD etc before releasing a very important piece of news to the market as they wouldn't want to risk releasing inaccurate news that could make people buy shares....

Would they?

Right so immediately has suddenly turned into a couple of days now.

Why would any medium or long term investor sell after that placing news?

They've told you what's its for.

They are not exacerbating any losses, you don't half talk some crap these days.

Don't be so naive BfD. Companies don't have a representative sat in their offices with them checking on whether news is released the second it comes in. Can you imagine someone checking that all price sensitive news was released on the same day it came in?
