No they're not. They've given VAST yet another 2 months, why would they do that when they could have called it a day back in November?? They are party to the actual situation, not the one that exists in derampers heads!

Do you really think they would keep extending if they didn't have concrete evidence the diamonds are coming? They've had ample opportunity to call it a day, the fact they keep extending suggests they are expecting the loan to be paid off from the recovery of the diamonds. I'm sure they know more than pocket money punters on a bulletin board. You can take that as your positive.

Fact is, the nominated advisor, Beaumont Cornish, wouldn't approve RNS's or indeed anything to do with the diamonds if they "didn't exist". They exist! Just a matter of time as others have said, lots to do before you walk out the vault with $15m worth of diamonds.

And how's that working out for you? A self fulfilling prophecy by the looks of it. If you are a holder then you are partly to blame for being so far down.

Imho, no news is good news. Clearly something being worked on that they can't talk about. Now what could that be, hmmmm.

As for companies that have come back from the dead, I don't think that's why many are here. We're here because it will spike up to a 1000% over a couple of days when diamond news comes and/or significantly on any half decent news from this oversold bombed out level. It's a gamble, but legally the diamonds are Vast's and as dodgy as Zimbabwe is, they'll get them back eventually imho. AP says positive news by end of December and I'd imagine that's what's going on behind the scenes. It may well recover one day to be a thriving business, but most here today will have sold the spike and been replaced by real investors. Aimho, dyor, etc.

Deadline for loan was almost 2 weeks ago. If they'd defaulted or were in trouble we'd have heard by now. The nomad would have called time. The fact we haven't suggests to me that the diamonds are any day now and the BoD can't talk about it as per Zimbabwe government instructions. We'll hear once they are secured. The lenders are party to all this and happy to just wait. AP did say news on diamonds before end of calendar year, that's only a couple of weeks. Aimho, dyor, etc..

JJ. At these bombed out levels its got good odds. But as you can't seem to grasp the difference between an up day and a down day, I'd say good luck with your 'investing'.
