What started out as a run of the mill mining licence renewal has now turned into an alleged corruption case,an out of the air 2 million "tax" bill..oh and a dealing suspension in Australia.Forgive me if I missed anything out...note too self; only invest in Tier 1 regions in future...

Indonesia is transitioning into "soft" nationalism, whereby it's re-nationalising various industries... including some mining projects.Im not saying that what going on here is a conspiracy or anything,but you do have to question why PYX are having to jump through extra hoops at every turn? I sold the last of my shares here yesterday, whilst I've taken a big hit here,I'd rather take my chances recouping my losses elsewhere, rather than risk a lock in here.Obviously I could be completely wrong and that licence miraculously appears overnight...but looking at the situation,I personally can't see it happening anytime soon,if at all.

This is a nailed on buy-out,worse case scenario we are a shallow open mine bolt on for Ivanhoe,best case,we become the Belle of the Ball with massive pools of NS to flirt outrageously with! The only reasons I can see Ivanhoe helping us out is get ahead of the game by seeing the results first...then having first dibs for a sale.

So, Ivanhoe popped around to borrow us some sugar.. what a friendly neighbour! We live at the top of the hill,they own the mansion at the bottom, only thing is,we have a big dam in our garden holding back all that lovely nickel sulphide... maybe they just wanted a sneaky peak in our back garden before making us a full asking price offer for our house?

Surveys RNS due soon, that probably won't move the price much....but any sniff of good visuals off the first drill,then it's game on!

GB,I stand corrected, boothbay are obviously very confident by setting their target of 85p anyway...so £1.50-2 a share would probably be needed to entice an early buy-out imo.

As long as Boothbay are still onside, then yes we shouldn't have to raise again, but until we get that RNS confirmation then we will need to raise another 500k to pay them off or let another 9.3 million shares join the party.

We still need confirmation that Boothbay are still happy to extend the loan period again.

I agree, massive sale or not,the MR makes this a going concern without even having to drill and prove up the HIGH GRADE Nickel Sulphide pools that are ours for the taking!..,or better still selling!

Yes, that's fair comment, either way we will definitely be getting an RNS in the 4 weeks.

Tbf,the warrants are priced at 85p! So I can't see that happening,as long as Boothbay and JZ are holding hands and whispering sweet nothings to each other... even if they are ignoring us at the moment, then we shouldn't have an issue.A JV could change that of course, because then this ends up as a long term investment,so 35% will be then be diluted slowly over time, either way we face some dilution if Boothbay don't extend and then JZ dilutes us to pay them off.. at least that's how I see it.

The March 31st loan deadline with Boothbay kicks in soon,so we are definitely getting one RNS in Q1...if they extend again, then good news...but if they cash their warrants then it's an extra 9 million or so extra shares added to the pot!

There's a lot of stick handed holders, myself amongst them! There simply isn't the liquidity to push the share price around too much.We must now be nearing an RNS concerning the start of the drilling program? It won't take long to get some initial samples to show Boothbay and keep them onside regarding the loan extension...

I'm holding just over 930,000 shares here,I won't be selling any, apparently the free-float is ...or was around 20 million shares.Todsys RNS has a bit of "chase me" about it, letting our neighbours know that things are looking good! I may top up to a nice round 1 million and take advantage of these ridiculously cheap prices!

Crazy,except that PYX isn't on the aim market,it's primary market is the NSX(Australia)...and its on the main market here in the UK, nearly 97% institutions and private company owned....I don't see a mad rush for the door? You need to do your research before trolling,..

Sandyman,ok,so you don't agree with me on the licence being a "done deal",but kindly point out for me any other inaccuracies in my post? Ok,hands-up! there isn't actually around 14 million free-float shares out there...there's considerably less now😉...it's fun watching the MM's frantically hoovering-up what's left for buy orders that won't be able to fill...

The free-float here is tiny, probably the smallest in the UK market at around 3%.Over 97% is in the hands of institutions and private investors,the CEO holds a little over 3%...hence the Share price moves dramatically on small moves.Now,if a handful of investors buy up the majority of the 14 million or so of shares available, then when news of the licence renewal lands, then this fly's like the brown stuff off the proverbial shovel...

Hands-up!..I jumped too soon here,but with three quarters of a billion warrants still sitting on the sidelines then there is going to be a lot of volitility share price wise...I may buy a small position on the next fall,then trade it on up through the rough seas into another tidy holding here.
