Invanhoe is a net seller of Sulphuric Acid,it has a smelter at Kamola-Kakula in Central Africa that is making an absolute fortune selling acid to rivals who can't get it elsewhere.Sulphur is a by-product of Nickel Sulphide,so you just need a large supply...say 1.5 billion tonnes of it and a smelter, then you can produce and sell Sulphuric Acid as a side hustle! Where on earth are Ivanhoe going to find that much Nickel!? ... seriously,how has the market missed this?

It's all semantics regarding the position we are in..I say we, but obviously that doesn't apply to you! I'm now holding just over 1.2 million shares here,so when we gap up to 85p... that's if we don't get bought out before then! then I will be feeling a little smug in all honesty...

The adjustment in share percentage stays the same for Boothbay, otherwise they would be getting 100x more than pre -consolidation! It's not Rocket Science.

Before the share consolidation, their warrants were worth 0.85p, that was re-adjusted to 85p to reflect the 100x fewer shares in circulation.The most important thing about this is it sends a clear message to any would be buyers...that you need to be well north of 85p to buy us out!

Gig, nope,you are wrong! The RNS is a legal document,it clearly states that the warrants are exciseble at 85p .. still.

Any would be buyers would just pay off Boothbay the full value of any shares they are entitled to,9.75million I think? They are basically acting as strategic partner to Zorbas, protecting those shares from the open market, which they control 21% between them.

Have you actually looked at the RNS from December? It states quite clearly that 85p is still the warrant price at 35% discount.There is no way that Boothbay would exercise those warrants at this price.

Boothbay are in a strategic partnership with Zorbas,hence the multiple loan extensions,they will more than likely paid up in full cash value in any sale,so no need to exercise those 85p warrants! Why dilute the low share price by 35% ? It's pointless.

Jono,the December 2nd RNS clearly states that the Boothbay shares are exciseble at 85p... you are looking at intrinsic value of around 4p...we won't be at these prices once we hit those Sulphide pools ..in fact the buyout price here will have no correlation to the share price.This will be a defensive buy-out by Ivanhoe...in my opinion! Yes Jono,I'm allowed one of those on these boards!

Radio silence on the Boothbay loan details suggests to me that we might already be in early stage buy-out talks.The fact that a friendly neighbour paid for the recent airborne surveys possibly means that we have a memorandum of understanding(MOU) in place as a nice gesture back! Any buy-out would probably mean that Boothbay gets paid in full, rather than having to cash in their warrants? A buyer would want to keep things simple imo,plus we still haven't lined-up a Drilling Contractor as of yet, doing so now would mean committing a down payment for services etc.We are literally spending every penny wisely at this point, which suggests we don't want to waste any potential end game profits! £1.50-£2 is my guess based on the fact that Boothbay still has 85p as their minimum price and Zeb will be worth at least £500 million this time next year in the hands of a major...and a lot more on further drilling down the line

I think we will have more than one potential buyer in the background waiting to make a move.The Chinese own around 13% of one of our friendly neighbours and I'm guessing that the Chinese Government could make a late move on any offer price? After all,they are the World's biggest producer of EV's and are hungry for more nickel resources.

A potential buyer also bags an ELITE World Class shallow mine,which they could set up for £150 million... pocket change.It would take 18-24 months to full operation.That would add £1.50 to the new owners share price, obviously based on a full MRE.We won't be potentially selling a Nickel Mine and throwing in a set of free car-mats!

Well,if we just focused on our Golf,we are talking grades of 5.07 g/t at 4.8 metres....upto 9.05 g/t at a mere 28 metres.Open-pit mines consider anything over 1.5 g/t-2 g/t as high grade...our grades are often found at expensive deep underground mines....so,you will get no complaints from me if we suddenly changed direction (but we won't,yet)....

GoBig,I totally agree.When the real negotiations take place,mentioning you are also throwing in a very respectable grade shallow depth Gold Mine!? Whats that worth? another £1+ ?....then there's the PGM's!.We sitting a Walmart of mining resources!...I wonder if the Chinese are watching from afar...

I hold around 1.176 million shares here,why would I lie to complete strangers about it? I'm laughing all the way to the bank at a measly £1 a share.Im by no means a massive investor on the boards,but I am amongst the biggest private investors here, over 1% but well under 3%.As for John Zorbas, when he landed at Zeb the place was a basket case,3 different companies fighting over the rights etc He negotiated away and cleaned up the company.Hes building a World Class mining operation to sell for a massive profit,these things take years to build,he rarely gives interviews and it's almost impossible to find any pictures of him,he gets his hands dirty,he doesn't just sit behind a desk or waste company funds like other lifestyle CEO's,he holds over 12.5 million shares himself,so skin in the game is high...he wins ,we win..as for those moaning about FOMO,well,why do you think we are taking so long pinning down that crucial first drill point? Yeah,so when it comes up covered in Pentandite...that's you FOMO!

The photo doesn't really do justice for the actual size of the narrowed down target area, which is 117.4 hectares ..or the equivalent of 165 football pitches! a small part of the overall 5km+ strike length ...

In fact,the high-grade Gold discovery in Zone 4 has already been touted as a stand alone Gold Mine!..don't get me started on Zone 3, with Copper at 0.40% grades (that is more than twice the grades of Ivanhoe)...off-set those costs against Nickel we already have...then you have one of the lowest cost Nickel mines on the planet!.I'm taking a break now,no doubt much to everyone's relief

...and let's not forget our Platinum, Copper and Gold all at very good grades!.
