Tim,Lord Houghton was Chief of DEFENCE! He was also Field Marshal of the British Army, which I'm pretty sure is the highest rank you can make it to.Being a Lord means he's sits in the House of Lords! Being top banana at the MOD means he probably still has the Home Secretary on speed-dial...wake up lad.

The irony of Fidelity actually being great for buying here,is that they don't offer much choice for adventurous investors,I've missed out on another gem recently,I'm going to move my ISA to IG,I've heard positive stuff about them.

I've managed too add 266,000 today though fidelity,so now locked and loaded...I'm very surprised with II, because they are normally brilliant,they could lose customers.

I'm not a great fan of Fidelity, but I've never had a problem buying or selling ALRT,going to add more again today.

Sorry for the confusion,I have my ALRT shares with Fidelity and I've just purchased another £1250 worth to my tallyi have a few in with II but in a SIPP.

Painwithjane,a green box is useful for sticking uppity members,who lack humour or imagination...I've just added one now funnily enough.

ALRT is not only niche,but it's got top notch networkers with friends in high places imo.

I'm with II and yup the charge you £4 a trade,but you get more choice literally world wide shares wise .and the speed of buy/sell transactions is almost instant.. obviously you have to wait a bit when there's no shares about.

NP, flatroofpub now have a former field marshal as a regular...also Tim's back in the bar...snd it's all kicking off😂

I woke up this morning to find that ALRT have basically signed up Montgomery....not a bad start to the week.

I predicted that an RNS wouldnt drop this money,how did I know? because the company were playing peek a boo and posting flirty tweets at the weekend...I wish they would just grow up and start getting the good news out.

It's also possible for a company to go back from 1p to 800p.... personally,I love buying shares at sub 1p...
