I suppose multiplying current spod price by the 31.9mt figure we have currently and then dividing between the three parties over 4 years although that's just stage 1, perhaps that's done on purpose so another buyer (not Hainan, as parent fosun is effectively a private equity firm) would see the long term value in the project: potentially buying out all three currently involved parties in the project. Although the unknowns in the clacs exist within the floor price being ambiguous at this point and a possible increase in the resource size. I would just be thinking from the perspective of an institutional investor who is trying to place a figure on this right now, because lets face it, institutional investors would be able to take the SP on this much higher. Wouldn't mind knowing what an adequate P/E ratio would be for a producing lithium miner at this stage. Perhaps someone more skilled than I can cook up a DCF and share it with the tribe. Can I ask has anyone made a back of cig packet calculation of Bougouni NAV at current lithium prices, I've got my own numbers but don't know a whole lot about mining sector so would be tremendously helpful, trying to convince my significantly wealthier parents to consider this stock in light of IHT changes. Also, an intrinsic value calculation would be helpful as they're big on value for money. The more detailed the better haha.

If you look at the chart it seems we have bottomed out. I have added to my position accordingly, in a few months we'll see an article on Motley Fool about if this stock still makes sense as an investment after having done a 500% move from current SP. Only a matter of time people, all barriers have been surpassed thus far, from Exploration to JV Partnership to to Construction, to License Transfer and the crescendo of it all Production lies near. The Lassonde Curve in the SP chart seems somewhat behind but that's AIM for you. Have patience and you will be rewarded. Take it from someone that's been invested for all of the aforementioned stages of development.

Guys, this bickering is all a little tiresome, let us not lose sight of the fact that KOD is due to be in production soon. Maybe the recent RNS was a chinky f up maybe it wasn't. Who cares, all will come good eventually. A lil M&A would hit the spot quite nicely if I do say so myself, but personally I would only vote for such a thing if the price paid by the chinkies was in the ballpark of 1.5 - 2p. All in all am optimistic despite the short term pessimism.

Any chance this company could be bought off aim as a cash shell? If so we might see a quick 10x increase in SP
