I purchased around £2k worth of shares here approximately an hour and half ago, yet the trade isn't showing. I wonder how many other buys are not showing.

OofyProsser: No I don't think there's a placing being forward sold. The large buyer that read his tea leaves pretty accurately and sold before the release of the interim results has been buying again afterwards. If a placing was coming, I think his tea leaves would have let him know and he'd be selling blocks of shares again.

Who would tell him no? If there's money to be made by offloading placing shares at a profit, then it would be done if it was desired.

No, funding will have nothing to do with the DRC or the arbitration. Completely separate. I know a lot of people are thinking the arbitration is 100% nailed on. What if it was only 70 or 80% chance that it gets sorted. Would you be better off sorting some sort of funding now with the share price where it is, or risk having to sort it at a much lower SP if Bell comes away empty handed.

Try to keep up mikey. RRR is in desperate need of funds. Bell refers to a meeting on financial structure. It doesn't matter where he is. Debts need to be paid.

The thing that stands out for me is "financial structure", ie debt/equity/funding.

Todays trading has been rather interesting. A buyer in the background mopping up all of the sells? That could generally be the case, but just before potentially company transforming news; accumulating this amount of stock? If you were to privy to some information could you get away with a few grand? Sure. Could you get away with the amount you would have had to buy today to hold the price steady? I'm not so sure. I think there's some sort of funding coming. As has been mentioned here, receiving payment over time is a large possibility. Perhaps the payments aren't enough to cover debts in the short term, so even if Bell has made a deal, funding is still required.

Completely false. A good RNS can come at anytime, just like a poor one.

Look at past RNS's. Most do NOT come at 7am.

I'm not going to complain about news flow. Compared to AFP, it's fantastic.
