Very surprised that they have sold Aphria shares for so little! I though they believed in the long-term success of the company. Cannabis industry will be huge and they've just sold one of their most solid investments for not much at all. TBH it makes me glad I didn't jump in before now. Factom Inc also looking less attractive, although I hold Factoids. Factom Inc is just one of 11 Authority Node Operators so one of the other ANOs might eventually achieve much more success through the enterprise products they build on top of the protocol. So far usage of the Factom protocol and Factom's only product (Harmony) is virtually non-existent. Lots of promises around NDAs but no delivery as of yet. I do believe that the Factom model is genius, in theory, but the marketing is woeful.

Another week of no news i reckon. We are still only half way into their timeframe. 6 months left!

I want to know that the nomad have seen evidence. That is pretty normal. Ive been investing in shares a long time and plenty of statements are made by companies in RNS's that are misleading or just plain lies. The FCA is toothless and never brings directors to justice. Not saying that has happened here but i want to know that regulations have been followed regardless. Nomads are meant to keep boards honest and there should b transparency with shareholders.

I might ask the nomad if they've actually seen and signed off evidence of BLOC "making good progress" towards a "potentially game changing RTO deal".

But i can ramp too....when moon?

Im sure I'll get accused of deramping but volume dried up to nothing again today. Looks like rinse and repeat of recent trading patterns. Will probably drop over next few sessions and then get pumped up a bit again to encourage liquidity. Personally i dont see them releasing news in the short-term. They seem to b taking their time. Unfortunately. Until news it's just a day trader's paradise.

Better than DERR hooefully. They are taking shares in circulation from 25m to 615m as part of rto. That's quite a dilution. Apparently theyve raised £35m or so but if valued at cash it would b about 6p, which is less than pre-suspension SP? What would price b post-suspension there realistically?

I dont see why the new entity would need 350 million shares. I think that's a lot to give up. And for what? If they created that many shares I'd expect a fundraise at a healthy premium. Say 150 mil at 33p to give cash of around £50m. That would create some liquidity as the new entity sold. Even then it wouldnt really work for current holders. The only way id support that many shares is if they bagged an established crypto exchange. If it's just some nascent blockchain company with potential but no revenue then i dont see big gains, especially with that level of dilution.

Step in the right direction ffspa. And welcome rise. I'd like real news asap tho as this is great for traders but that isnt my strategy.

As far as we know, the BoD have done nothing yet. Volume and SP suggest nothing coming in the short-term so baseless ramping springs to mind.
