Spread is 20% plus anyway so how u attract buyers in this situation when u know news is a long way off is beyond me.

And regardless....it is patently clear that nothing is going on at this cash shell currently.

Blockchain hype. At that point i didnt think the crypto recession would b this deep. Also i thought an RTO would take no more than 6 months. If it isnt a £100m company they rto after all this time it will b a joke! And even then it's about how many new shares are issued. If its 500m shares in total will b looking at post-RTO price of 20p, which certainty isnt 10 bagger ppl on here have claimed. Time will tell but certainly i did not expect this long a wait to answer your question.

Then what is the advantage over a straight IPO? When this first listed everyone said how fast it would b. Since then they've changed their tune. I dont see what the advantage is. Can only see the benefit for small companies maybe. Certainly nobody big would take such a convoluted route.

Yep if an RTO takes one year there is no benefit. Just IPO. Generates better interest and cleaner. RTO is meant to b fast route to being publicly traded.
