Confirmation of deal must surely come soon. It's been 2 months (and a very long wait overall @ almost 12 months for some of us). I don't expect to relist yet but knowing there is actually a deal would be nice, as we could relax a bit once we know this is real.

Yes of course valuation also matters in determining share structure. Sorry, didnt explain myself well. My main concern would b how many shares they create. Fingers crossed for news tomorrow....

With all due respect, how are they a 'global leader'? They havent really started yet! What we have is a good idea with some existing traction - in arqit specifically - and a good team behind them and chorum. The exact nature of the link between the 2 still needs further clarity as it's chorum itself we are targeting.

Yes but on immediate relist? No, i dont think so. Some of us have been locked in for a year nearly and want to liquidate our shares straight away for a decent profit. I dont see them raising any more than 50m. Could b less. In any case it's how many shares that are created which matters.....not the mcap.

£300m mcap return is quite outlandish! Im not so sure myself. I just hope for 25p on relist. But again, I'd caution that no deal has been confirmed yet, let alone described. I dont think any satellites are being launched anytime soon. Im sure arqit said that this would come later on in a news article recently posted.

I'm not entirely sure how Arqit links to Chorum in terms of this propsed acquisition. We haven't been given much to go on. Feels like the wait is still a lengthy one. A few people have mentioned Arqit mainnet. Where have they read that? Any links? Any deadlines businesses usually state are habitually missed (it seems!) so let's hope this doesn't drag on much longer as the wait has been a loooong one already.

Hi ODR. Cheers. I check in from time to time here. I was even thinking of buying back in on basis of talks with majors but didnt due to contraints. Anyway, hope it gets sorted and no-one gets screwed. People deserve better for the faith they've shown.

Amazed u are still defending FRR. And even more gobsmacked u are slating Hope! Have u not read the email evidence?? He was being perfectly reasonable in everything he said. A director and a debtor has every right to know what's going on in their company. I hope the long termers dont get screwed but jeez a bit of balance!
