After RP sold off a wonderful resource in Zimbabwe, wouldn't it be fantastic if we have found another gold mine, both figuratively and actually. Patience rewarded at last. Good luck to all and stay safe and well
Great job with the clapping song. I first heard it in early secondary school where we said Rubber Johnny instead of Rubber dolly. I must have been 12 or so, very naughty ha ha.
Re Vast I have been thinking not long now for about ten years. Bought in here for the great gold assets in Zim which RP sold off. Who ever bought those must be very pleased with themselves now.
Yes many good points. We do seem to be getting away from the point that Zim has virtually no health care system and hence no testing or treating or curing, only some dying. What percent is in the hands of (you pick your deity) .
Over and out!!!!!
I won't get into a which "youtube channel to believe" battle. But to compare one of the wealthiest most sophisticate health care systems in the world with what they have in Zim I would call a little naive. If you look at stats re got/ recovered/died around the world Germany is one of the best . That suggest to me that it is not the virus but the health care that is the difference . Have you done any research on normalcy bias?
(Do I speak German? Lieder nicht. But I did put on the subtitles.)
Let's hope. BUT REMEMBER 1-2-4-8-16-32-64-128-256.
Case, Case, Cluster, BOOM.
Zim does not have the health system to deal with this disease.
I have friends living there, I am worried for them.
The whole world actually.
I lived in Clayton in the 50's so I won't be rude back. Could you actually give me an informative answer? Being a LTH and not in and out of this, would a day trader say to his broker sell a round number of pounds? I was trying to contribute to the "is it a sell or a buy" debate.
If I want to buy I tell my broker buy 500,000 for eg or buy £50,000. When I sell I say sell 500,000. My logic tells me no one says sell 7,481,297 and it happens to be exactly £30,000. You only have an approximate idea what price you will get ? So how is 7,481,291 a sell?? Most grateful if any one can explain if there is some way I am wrong
As always the (not so) common sense from Castaway. You have been the constant through a lot of nonsense for a long time. I bought because of the giant mine in Zim which I believe to be a vast resource (pardon the pun) When it went I was very cross but kept faith. I hope we get back to 7p which is how much I paid for some of my early buys. Good luck to all the LTHs Thanks to Lee also. And perhaps it is agora for us all.
IMO the world is heading for massive disruptions due to unsustainable debt etc etc. VAST has gold and is digging up the metals needed for the "belt and road initiative" China's push for a Eurasian powerhouse to replace the dying USA hegemony. The ups and downs are going to be troubling, especially if watched on a minute by minute time frame. So my thoughts, go and enjoy Christmas and don't fret. I have every confidence that this company will come right in the end. And there may be diamonds.
