Having been pleasantly surprised by the announcement of 31 shallow drill holes (2,013m) completed at the Northern Zone, between the central and eastern mineralisation zones last Wednesday I'm wondering if more good news is coming our way next week . We have lots to look forward to including assay results from these drill holes expected to be released in batches , an updated Leapfrog model with all pending assay results added from the 2025 drilling program and probably the most exciting part of the near term news " granting of the Mining Lease " .

As for the price of gold rising well that appears nailed on to me as investors along with countries central banks load up on safe haven gold bullion as the world order resets . Whilst many countries are forced to devalue their currency because of speeding up the printing presses achieving debt levels with no chance of ever being able to repay , they will face the consequences of their actions as prudent countries see their currencies rise on the weaker ones . Yep , many prudent countries have been loading up on bullion for years making buying into an AIM listed soon to be gold miner with very little risk quite appealing to me .

I agree outside of the Northern Zone takes on another format but the Project owners were already thinking ahead when negotiating the mining lease by including any surrounding project areas within it .

Back to the planned shallow open pit gold mine at Northern Zone after that's exhausted it's what lies below it that may greatly extend the life of Northern Zone with all infrastructure , road ways already leading to it we may well be discussing something that's many years away .

Admittedly Rivergold will own 100% of the new tenements whereas in the Northern Zone it's , 20% ORCP , 80% Rivergold , but that doesn't deflect from the mining lease being negotiated at present .

Project owners - ORCP 20% , Rivergold 80% - will own the mining lease to any surrounding project areas .

The news via RNS just gets better and better but even though Rivergold have acquired these tenements on their own they do state in tonight's RNS :

" This expanded footprint provides long-term security of tenure for the Northern Zone Gold Project for the ultimate benefit of our shareholders and our partners in the development of Northern Zone, Oracle Power and MEGA Resources . "

I can see why Rivergold RNS is stating this since In the Kalgoorlie Gold Project - Native Title Agreements Signed RNS Number : 5606M 23rd Dec 2025 you'll find this line :

· The executed key agreements with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Native Title Claimant Group cover the Northern Zone Gold Project ("Northern Zone") , and any surrounding project areas.

As part of the Northern Zone Project owner - ORCP 20% , Rivergold 80% - it does involve us with the mining Lease (M25/389) and any surrounding areas . Which to me makes our 10% free carry of profits from the Northern Zone , open pit gold mine even more valuable .

I tend to agree with you and wouldn't be surprised if the Market Makers are keeping the SP low to fill large orders in background . Only a couple weeks ago a massive tree shake happened for the same reason when all they did was trigger stop losses with no buying allowed .

In reality an AIM listed company with a 10% free carry of MEGA / Rivergold / ORCP profits is a revenue stream that will only get bigger as time goes by . Not only because of the size of the open pit gold mine increasing but where POG ( price of gold ) appears to be heading . Making that AIM listed company ORCP , one in a million .

I've been adding on the anticipation of an announcement of the first drilling campaign of 2026 not a 31 drill holes had been completed RNS . Now that shows how quickly developments are taking shape and two posters who claimed assay results shortly were either guessing drilling was on going or had a better source of information than through RNS issues .

Either way in todays Rivergold RNS it highlights the Northeastern area previously targeted must have sufficient data for an open pit gold mine since these latest drills were between the central and eastern mineralisation zone . Expanding the footprint considerably which will be shown in a key SW - NE cross-section derived from 3D leapfrog software and gold grade shells shortly . Which was first announced 3 weeks ago in the 2nd February 2026 RNS which does include this line " New results for the 2026 drilling campaign are expected to follow shortly after drilling recommences on 10 February 2026 " .

Hum ....... I didn't take that literally since no RNS was announced of the drills arrival at the Northern Zone on 10th February 2026.

Fantastic news and one that makes me think they are progressing so fast we will be surprised many times in coming weeks when least expecting it .

Opening the door for ORCP / Rivergold as Project's owners for further JV's with MEGA in adjacent ground to Northern Zone . With an open pit gold mine already in the pipeline at Northern Zone which had been overlooked for so many years who's to say other areas covered by the Native Title Agreements don't also contain gold bearing ground .

All 40 drill results from the 2025 program have been announced with the last 16 assay results announced via RNS on 2nd February 2026 . As for a further drilling program for 2026 that in my opinion won't be in the Northeast Zone area since an open pit mine looks achievable on historic drill result when including the 2025 drilling assay results . An update of the April 2025 Leapfrog model will be updated in the next few weeks according to the 2nd February 2026 RNS . Which in that RNS Fig 3 shows historic drill results up to April 2025 .

Hence the 3D Leapfrog software update with the additional 2025 drilling program of 40 assay results included may be our next RNS since that will be 3 weeks elapsed since the 2nd February RNS , on Monday.

As for your concerns with regards to a signed JV notification well it has been signed 30th Sept 2025 RNS but what still to be announced is : Further details of the partnership's plans will be made available to shareholders closer to breaking ground. Found in this paragraph from the 30th September 2025 RNS

ORCP ... 25:31 into your link . Very interesting how the chart portrays a breakout when fundamentals after the Mining license is granted will propel the market cap there and some . It'll be nice to see Justin's chart in a months time .

Drill assay results for the 2025 drilling campaign have been announce with no 2026 drill program revealed it's far from a realistic post .

It is however quite feasible results so far could give MEGA Resources an outline for an open pit gold mine in the NorthEastern area of the Northern zone which could be expanded as more assay results come in once a drilling program has been decided upon .

The only thing holding MEGA Resources back in my opinion is the Mining Lease (M25/389) covering the Northern Zone gold project , which we are expecting news of in coming days / weeks .

We've had all drill assay results for the 2025 Northern Zone project with the drill expected return to the Northern Zone , 10th February 2026 . No news from Rivergold or MEGA Resources Pty Limited with regards to planned 2026 drilling campaign . So I'd like to read why you post " Assays will be announced tomorrow " .

More likely to get mining license news in my opinion but the closer we get to that the more confidence the market gets and of course the higher the Market Cap goes .

Oracle Power PLC (AIM: ORCP), an international project developer, is pleased to announce the last of the 2025 drilling programme assay results with the last 16 drillholes at the Northern Zone Intrusive Hosted Gold Project ("Northern Zone" or the "Project") .

Hence I'm not sure what drilling results your expecting since the drill rig didn't return or was expected to return to the Northern Zone until the 10th February 2026 . I'd like a detailed drilling program for 2026 to be issued but that's more in the hands of MEGA Resources who undoubtedly have taken more decision making away from Rivergold with their experience and size playing a majory part in transforming Northern Zone into an open pit gold mine in the first half of 2026 .

In my opinion ORCP are a silent partner in the Northern Zone , open pit gold mine . Admittedly probably best positioned of the three partners but as for future drilling that's the responsibility of Rivergold or even MEGA as they take more control of the Northern Zone .

Northern Zone Gold Project Co-Operation Agreement , 30 Sep 2025 , RNS Number : 3816B

· Riversgold has signed on the Project Owners behalf, a Right to Mine and Co-Operation Agreement with established WA Goldfields mining services provider MEGA Resources for full project funding, mining, and haulage services at its Northern Zone.

· MEGA Resources is a full-service mining contractor that will now be providing all of the funding for the operation, through BGR Pty; MEGA Resources will also provide geological and engineering services and manage project approvals.

· New Northern Zone drilling programmes are being planned to test extensions of known gold mineralisation.

· MEGA Resources is aiming to break ground during the first quarter of 2026, subject to the Project Owners gaining all the final tenement permissions, mining approvals and the signing of a binding Ore Purchase Agreement with a third-party processing mill.

Hence ORCP and Rivergold as Project Owners are working in the back ground to get these tenement permissions , mining approvals , etc .... sorted . Which to me should be straightforward with the hard part done the Native Title Agreement , announced on 23rd December 2025 , RNS Number : 5606M .

Here another video worth watching from 20th January 2026 . Non-executive director Ed Mead discusses with Proactive Rivergolds strong recent assay results . I'm sure I remember ORCP , Naheed Memon, CEO say in a recent interview that the company is now fully focused on the Northern Zone gold project and will pursue it with the intention of creating share holder value .

We've been getting so much good news of late I'm sure I'll find the link . Worth recapping with someone so interested in getting ORCP shares cheap but that massive tree shake mid-week shouts volumes .

I just noticed when David Lenigas sat down to discussed Rivergold Plc with Kapitalist he showed the Leapfrog model with results up to April 2025 . What we're waiting for is the updated Leapfrog model with the 40 drillhole results added from the 2025 drilling program . With excellent results to be added the Northern Zone is certainly looking very good indeed not just for Rivergold but for ORCP too . I'm more inclined to expect other news in coming weeks more like an update for the Leapfrog model , conversion of the tenement to a mining lease , Mine Development and Closure Plan (MDCP) concluded with Resource WA. .

Along with a detailed plan for the drilling program 2026 which when added to the updated Leapfrog model should make this shallow gold project significantly larger . Not forgetting Naheed Memon, CEO of Oracle commented these latest results of our 2025 drilling campaign are excellent .

In the 2nd February 2026 RNS , fig 3 shows a cross-section diagram of drills assay result up to April 2025 . Once the 40 additional assay results are fed into the 3D leapfrog software due in coming weeks I'm sure they'll be ready to submit plans to acquire the mining license .

In same RNS it does state : This drilling will be used by MEGA Resources in their mine planning for our joint plans to start mining in the first half of 2026. It also states we will continue to make this shallow gold project significantly larger in Q1 and Q2 which ties in with the drill arrival on 10th February 2026 in the Northern Zone . After the updated 3D leapfrog I would expect an RNS outlining how many drillholes Rivergold are going to undertake .

I may be well off the mark since MEGA Resources may already have plans using data from the latest assay results along with previous data to fast track the mining license . Much bigger organisation with vastly more experience .

Significant progress has already been made with the " Kalgoorlie Gold Project - Native Title Agreements Signed " RNS : 23 Dec 2025 .

Further to this progress in the 2nd February 2026 RNS

· The Mine Development and Closure Plan (MDCP) and the associated environmental assessments is progressing with Resource WA.

Hence to me the mining license is a formality now .
