Yes Hemo but at some point we have to draw some date to measure results. RE clearly mentioned 2023. With a G&A of 900K shareholders shouldn't accept "in the next quarter" excuses. Maybe it's not in their hands but in interviews they commited to this year end. A postponing of this promise should not be without consequences. (Or would you accept further dilution?)

Why would KoBold wait with releasing any Disko news?

When RE fails to announce a strategic partnership by the end of this year he doesn't have to step down. Don't want to see another face coming with 'fresh' ideas. However no deal should have consequences for Management and/or G&A. They could ask themselves why this company needs a executive chairman AND a CEO.

Hopefully Sava results in this week.

Other listings would often mean private placements so more dilution. Lets hope RE is really focussing on closing strategic deals. A new listing doesnt add any value for current shareholders

The fact that they spent money on Disko in the past doesn't mean they will in the future. All the news around KoBold is around Zambia and Congo nowdays. Walking away from a potential project since there are better opportunities elsewhere should not be ruled out.

Point 3 is indeed my concern

KoBold is silent on Disko for some time now. Focus is clearly on the Africa projects. I wonder why it takes so long to get a follow up/ update on the JV

The clock is ticking and there is indeed a MUST to announce 1-2 partnerships. Keep in mind that Bluejay isn't in the best position to negotiate a deal/ partnership. There is plenty of reason to worry here. It's now on Rob Edwards to show if he is able to execute. I think he could be, but he's not playing with a great hand of cards.

I hope this isn't the strategic partner RE is talking about. It's a positive thing but not making big changes

76 days left until end of the year. Take out all weekends and holidays and it will be 50 days (or around 8 full weeks) left to achieve. Not reeling in a strategic investor soon will make things very difficult.

Point 2 and 3 are strongly related to point 1. Its getting strategic investors on board, or further dilution by PP. (which would be a big failure)

Point 4 they are depending on Kobold. Right now the only news we see coming from Kobold is Zambia and Copper. I wonder how high the Disko project is on their list.

To me the Rob Edwards G&A comment just shows how desperate JAY is for strategic capital.

"So we don't have to go cap in hand back to our AIM-based shareholders for another round of G&A capital to keep us alive."

He even mentions"to keep us alive" A strategic investor knows and will keep in mind.

Next to trying to deliver strategic capital perhaps he could also focus on cutting down the £900,000 G&A . This company needs some trimming in expenses and projects.

This company should make a clear decision on which direction to go. Too many projects in 2 different jurisdictions.

As for strategic investors it could pay off for them to wait even longer to get even better conditions. They know they are a lifeline for the Bluejay management.
