Whatever happened to PA Consulting? Weren’t they supposed to be in charge of scaling up the sovereign test? I’ve just looked at Bidstats to check the tender awards they have won in the past year…now there’s a company that’s well and truly in bed with U.K. Gov.

What’s the point?

I have already suggested that coverage of accurate LFT is not prohibited by any NDA, but by the Trusted News Initiative to which many media have signed up. This means that any course of action that could undermine vaccination of all age groups cannot be mentioned.

Philip Moser QC, for DHSC which is contesting the claim, argued Mr Han**** had a “limited” role in the contracts.

“There is no reasonable basis on which to seek such disclosure, because Mr Han****’s involvement in the matters which are in issue in these proceedings was limited and, in any event, any communications from the then Secretary of State would have been caught by the existing disclosure exercise,” he said.
