Look at what happened to ITM from 2019 after Linde got involved.
If that happens to PHE then we all be more than happy.

Entirely agree for a change. News have tremendous effect on share price. Any news about involvement of Linde, appointment of the CEO, announcement of more DMG sites etc will propel the share price.

Dr A 6months is long time to search for a CEO. I was quite happy with Dave Ryan who had the right engineering background.

We all are shareholder who also want to make lots of money which is the reason we want a strong executive board lead by a capable CEO.

It’s true. Not deramping as you call it. We desperately need a Leader who will start proper negotiation with Peel, Linde & whoever to deliver DMG plants in all cities in U.K. & also around the world.

So, what is your prediction based on your chart of course. Do you also have a date or time frame for this happening. Both PHE & EQT have excellent technology but both are basically AIM stocks which are easy to chart. We all the investors are keen but the management keeps pushing the completion of the first factory back. Now they are talking about 2023 which is two years away.

You are right that the Manchester Shipping canal was built by Peel is ludicrous. But Peel did redevelop Manchester shipping canal area to bring to its present level which was long term project.

John Whittaker is a billionaire business man & his company Peel has the largest development land bank in U.K. Peel has built several landmark developments like Manchester shipping canal, Trafford Centre, Protos & also owns Media-city, Liverpool Waters etc. In Protos he has shown his green credentials which he wants to advance. It is PHE, who is leaderless, who needs to move the negotiations ahead. PHE cannot shed its responsibility by just signing exclusivity agreement. PHE has to push everything to complete the first DMG project even if it involves lending more money to take greater equity.

I gather HUI is expecting IPO in around November 2022 which no doubt will be a very exciting news both for HUI & also for PHE.

This was simply a true observation to question the timing of David’s departure & failure to replace him after so many months. David should have carried on till someone was found. David had the track record of selling his company to a very reputable German engineer Company.

How many companies are we aware of has not only no Chief Executive but not a single Executive Directors on the Board?
This has been going on for months & the company is drifting without much presence ahead of COP26!
