Another question (maybe Dug has already answered) is the competitor Nanostics.Why would any American order our test and pay $900 when they can get the ClarityDX prostate normally $300 and on offer for $100.

I was shocked at last week’s Webinar.As for the CFO and Chairman

they were both like rabbits caught in the headlights.Contributed virtually nothing to the proceedings.As for the salesperson off on sick leave (don’t start me) absolutely disgraceful.If Burrows worked for me I would have sacked him on Thursday morning.

Essentially, this research (retrospective case control study: see here) demonstrates added value of Episwitch test - this is a test which identifies circulating chromosome conformation signatures in the blood (related to presence of prostate cancer). When standard PSA test and Episwitch are combined they form what authors call 'PSE' test. The PSE test has been shown to improve accuracy and detection of prostate cancer.

However, while results are promising we believe more research is required to assess test's applicability to men with family history, men of different ages and men of different ethnicities. As with other similar 'additional' tests, PSE test results are not linked to long-term outcome data e.g. we are not aware of data linking PSE test results and prostate cancer-specific mortality. Whereas, the strength of PSA test (although not perfect) is that such outcome measures have previously been demonstrated in prospective randomised controlled trial studies. Moreover, the PSA test is part of a safe and effective pathway that has improved significantly since the introduction of mpMRI.

We are also not clear if this test will be assessed through MHRA (to get licence and market authorisation) and if it will go through NICE appraisal (for use in NHS) or if the company making this test (Oxford BioDynamics) aims to offer test through private healthcare sector.

I have been holding here for a long time and I now believe that 2024 is the year for OBD.I have researched this more than any share and other than one of the large Pharma’s deciding to go and do their own me too rather than buying OBD I cannot see any weaknesses.

This is one of those golden nuggets that you spend ages looking for.

As long as all LTHs keep their nerve whatever happens on Wednesday afternoon they will be rewarded this year.

I am comparing how the two companies are run.

I’m sure you will agree that Budd was a disaster when it came to sales and communication with shareholders.

OBD seem to know what they are doing while GDR have been like a headless chicken.

The new CEO needs to stamp his mark here.

Don’t get me wrong as I’m heavily invested in both and have faith that they will both give us the returns we are seeking.
