I'm leaning towards they're waiting for the Ballarat license to be approved before they get all 3 licenses "GRANTED". This would allow them to begin exploring on the 3 addiotnal licenses at the same time and the time frames for renewals on them all will all align together. Purely speculation but with 2 of those licenses being accepted a while back now, it does get you thinking

Mentalmax, just observations which is allowed. We all know the potential of Creswick (I think), but the initial HR3 grades were hardly cause to get excited about either, or lift the share price. And that’s what we’re all here for

And before anybody mentions the phrase “structural drilling”, I’m fully aware and ECR isn’t the first company that begins with structural drilling, but you still want to find the goods. Structural drilling is an obvious bi-product of drilling these deposits with the company collecting more and more data with each hole. HR3 phase 2 beginning, probably looking at assays in the new year I’d imagine with how results have been reported this far

So back to it, what are near term expectations? I don’t think anybody could really put a number on it, I don’t think anybody thought we’d be back at 1.5p, I certainly never but we’re here. The Creswick assays are not do or die but they have the potential to seriously uplift sentiment here and drive up new investment. Give us a story to buy into and focus moving forward into 2022

Always useful and healthy (for me anyway) as a shareholder not to turn a blind eye to poor results and cast them as something they’re not. It was clear to the company in that RNS they were disappointed and good to see them acknowledging this, and will rectify it.
Digest it, understand it and reassess. It’s also not healthy continually looking backwards so let’s hope there’s plenty of high grade assays awaiting us in 2022. A large land package, time to find the sweet spots.

Well for me cs it's not just about breaking 2p, it's holding the current share price where it is. Even a 20%+ increase on todays price wouldn't shift this above 2p now

It's certainly not do or die but as LW pointed out the other day, the poor showing from CT puts extra pressure on these upcoming results. From previous drilling there's nothing to suggest the results will be bad, and the more they're drilling, the more they'll understand about the structure at Creswick. If they begin to deliver future plans about Production opportunities at Creswick, and/or Bailleston for that matter, this will appeal to new and existing investors.

I've seen Oriole fall from a £30m down to £8m with some strong results along the way. £15m is certainly no support but with current cash balances , drill rigs and assets, they have the Resources, and potential new acquisitions to work with to kick on. Need to start seeing the results soon before the next fundraising.

Burleigh, and others. I totally understand the top ups at this level, as I’ve invested myself. I do think there’ll be a healthy rise at some point once further updates are published. The only thing I can’t advise on, is the scale of the project or any estimations moving forward. But that’s why the market is providing such a cheap entry.

That article I pasted before, from 20th May about an licking the commencement of drilling shortly. I wouldn’t say it caught shareholders out, but a lot read too much into it, myself included. The share price shooting from 12.6p all the way up to 19-20p by the 26th May. A 50%+ increase without even sticking a drill into the ground, just a couple of words

Happens all over the AIM in fairness, it’s a crazy market that’s for sure.

RP is chairman of Valereum blockchain. That has been getting some attention lately from him. From the wishbone Twitter, there’s been more tweets about other regional companies lately (GGP AZY) than Wishbone itself(check out the latter mate you’ll love it. Not on LSE though). Until the right news is ready to deliver, I can understand the difficulty in trying to communicate with shareholders, trying not to spook the share price

But if news is slow, it’s the company objective to create news, create value, and/or provide shareholders with an update. Otherwise, what are the shareholders actually investing in ?

I’ve actually seen a couple of PI’s speculate that drilling won’t commence until 2022 now. Probably just pure guess work based on 2021 activities but who knows. Like you say LW, get the balance right. Power Metals being a prime example. Not my cup of tea but understand why investors choose to lay their money here. Their communication channels, daily updates, interviews, news articles, acquisitions. They’re certainly kept in the loop but there’s that much on their Twitter feed, you read some of their RNS reports and they’re almost redundant, or have already been diluted out. BALANCE.

We don’t live in a perfect world so this can sometimes be difficult to follow. But you need something. Depending on the next RNS or 2, il make a decision whether to trade this or leave them for 2-3 years. I like spending hours researching stocks, following the journey and growth of junior companies so trading isn’t something I’m accustomed with normally. But we’re all here to make money so il let the company try and convince me that Red Setter has years of growth in it, and il see.

If it’s anything like 2021 has been I won’t be sticking around. I’ve just seen how fast this can move, so If the price allows, il continue to average down. It’ll bounce eventually and make a run, just depends when. Hopefully soon.

Yeah I don’t think we’ll see that pace of progress in many companies now, if any in the junior sector. Truly astonishing work, with results to match.

And no problem. I’ve seen a couple of Investors of WSBN vent their anger and it is understandable. Companies don’t have to come out and update every small minor matter to the market. But I do still believe they have a strong responsibility to shareholders, the people who support and fund the company, to communicate thoroughly. Communication here and Orosur mining have really been poor. However over at Orosur, they’ve delivered a solid high grade project which is something to invest in. Speculation here, but like I’ve said already, a chance to get in early for potential big gains. Results will do the talking.

Potentially mate. They clearly want a substantional return on their investment and I feel confident they, and us, will get it

I’m just enjoying the growth in the knowledge a mammoth resource upgrade is due, and knowing beyond that, Sanankoro is open in multiple directions. Il follow it all the way down to 6-7p if I have to, as Rampy as that sounds,it’s how strongly I feel about the project

There are risks with every exploration company. That’s a fact. Multiple risks. One with Mali, is the “jurisdiction” or how politically unstable these countries may be. But in terms of jurisdiction, from what I’ve seen, Cora is sweetly set up. Able to engage to put to work a drilling company who drilled 24/7 for 6 months straight without being interrupted. The ceo himself has flown in without any complications. The company employ local workers and geologists, and have a fantastic record with the local community.
There is Gold, and shed loads. The results prove that. And I’d rather put my money here, than somewhere in a “safe jurisdiction” because it feels more comfortable.

A bigger risk for me as a shareholder is putting my money into a company, be it Australia, Canada, USA, them plowing millions and millions into a project to find, there is little to no Gold to dig out.

Very comfortable here and although I would not like it to drop any further, I would be adding on the dips.

A mixed bag with buckets full of potential “if” Red Setter pays out. Potentially talking into the £’s with such a small float. Or they drill a load of dusters and move on and prioritise elsewhere.

Until I see 3,000-5,000m of assays I won’t, or many, will not be able to gauge the potential of Red Setter but there’s only one way to find out.

LW, been here for a while now. Not too impressed but happy to follow it down. It’s more of a speculation stock for me without any official assays being released or historic work on red setter. Multiple “Anomolies” being drilled in the Paterson by different companies that come up trumps, some not so much

1) I’ve heard a couple of bad reports about RP and the management here. This was before my first investment. That being said, I like to judge a company and CEO’s myself and learn first hand.
When first invested, there were Red Setter timelines to be as soon as Q1 this year. Clearly that never materialised.

2) 100 holes 300m deep I think the campaign will be. But I’m pretty sure that the 30,000m will be spread over the licensing period and will take 2-3 years from what I remember. That said, once completed, 30,000m will give the company and shareholders a brilliant understanding of what lying beneath at Red Setter

3) I don’t think there are historical results at Red Setter. It’s location is brilliant if you want to use the nearology card in the Paterson. Not too far away from Telfer either. It’s characteristics & anomaly surveys look interesting and have caught the eye of a few with some nice targets to aim for, but someone with a more geological background can fill you in better. But it’s all about the results as we’ve found out elsewhere. And if the company deliver good results, you’ll probably be buying in 20/30/40p+ in years to come, rather than 8-9p now. But that’s risk/reward for you and it all depends on how comfortable you are taking that risk.

Extremely thankful and will follow it on the way down the the decline continues. If there were question marks around assays, the grade or what direction Sanankoro is going in, I’d understand, but there isn’t. It has everything I’m looking for and I’m confident there are multiples awaiting.

I think there will always be political question marks when investing in African countries. Civil wars, military coups and economies not as advanced or developed as many others. But there has always been a strong case for Gold mining and I think it’ll continue for a long time from now.

(Only my advice). Frustrating watching the price decline but circumstances haven’t changed from a personal standpoint

TS, good observations and agree especially with the first one. Instead of trying to save face and continue with CT, the company will now relocate to more promising locations like HR3 “companies words”.
Hole 9 could throw up a nice surprise but the story for now is Creswick, that’s the company maker for me. Anything they find at Bailleston is a bonus and will equally add a lot of value to the table.

Potentially. But I’ve seen these play out both ways. Where the price can recover slightly (not back to its original price, but small gains).

Trek always makes valid points about the warrants and triggering certain ones. I’m just thinking in my head, what’s left to fire. A lot of RNS bullets fired to no success (share price). The one I’ve been looking forward to more than anything is Creswick and we still have 8 holes to come which is exciting.
But if that doesn’t get the share price moving north, like I mentioned before I don’t think we’ll see any assays until the new year. (HR3 phase 2 drilling), how will the price hold up. This would be another major benefit for a JV right now. A rise to 4/5/6p and take advantage of the price with a fundraising.

We had £3m+ not so long ago but I believe we still had to pay the final payments on 2 of the properties. Would be interesting to see the companies cash balance now. At the current cash burn, we may see further fundraising before the end of 2022, which is fine, I just hope it’s on a much higher price to today so the company don’t have to release another 200-300 million shares to the market.

The only real rises Cora had, we’re from outstanding results. 49m@15g/t and 19m@31g/t but yeah beyond that, no real rise. The resource upgrade will deliver a rise soon.

But I do agree about sector sentiment. Sorry for “cross ramping”, but Cora had 13/13 brilliant set of results. I think if the grades on their worst RNS, if they were released on ECR’s ground, you’d have seen a huge jump. A lot want to see this succeed, myself being one of them. And based in Australia, investors feel a lot More comfortable & secure investing here rather than say Mali. And I fully understand the reasoning, but I chase the Gold. Having the right ground and geology solves a lot of problems.

Gold is on the up, if the sector sentiment improves and ECR are able to release some nice high grade hits at Creswick, I think this will move pretty fast. One factor I’m looking forward to, once all of the results are out, is seeing a real detailed diagram from the company and mapping showing the assays so far. ECR’s Creswick footprint is quite large. But the majority of drilling has all been concentrated on the S/SW section of EL006184. After 2019s campaign and 13 holes this year, they may be able to think about putting a resource together moving forward.

Big drop, not really surprising but it’s out of the way now. Time to regroup and focus in on what’s coming up.

“ Whilst drill results to date at Cherry Tree have been disappointing of late” part of the RNS said it all for me. Especially disappointing as some of the holes were targeting higher grade material found in Hole 3.

Moving to HR3 now seems the right move & with multiple assays pending from Creswick, let’s hope they can turn the tide and get this moving once and for all.

Creswick was always my shout but hindsight is a brilliant factor in this game. I guess you don’t know unless you try loch. Gold in every hole is not surprising. These licenses have been picked at, surveyed and sampled to death. There will be Gold but is there enough to mine ?

Creswick to hopefully deliver the goods because if they don’t lift us above 2p, we’re not likely to hear any further assays until the new year now. Fingers crossed we get the nod to begin drilling on one of the other Creswick licenses, I keep checking the Earth resources website and no further on.
