It will be interesting to see how far the current equipment can be pushed when pushed to its limits. But like stated on here the other day by another poster, reducing the low grade material "now ear marked for the Heap leach in a separate operation", and replacing it with higher grade Ore, this will put the company in an advantageous position.

Between both operations, if the company push figures between 1,500-2,000 oz per annum in time, funds may be utilized better elsewhere but time will tell doddy. No point in increasing your Resource base by 100% at Kilimepesa if it can't be processed effectively.

Nobody is saying the company have to stop, or will stop after 150% rise, but rather than throwing 5p-10p targets about in a throw away fashion, just sit back and take each milestone as and when they come

What will be interesting, through the original CIL plant, if they can hit 1,000 oz per month from this, what will the total output figures be when you add on the Heap leach value with the low grade material? First I've heard of this but this is a massive boost moving forward and great initiative from the company

Greg, nobody is saying they’re selling at 2-3p. But it’s gone from 1.8p down to 1.03p. Happy to wait this out and take out each milestone 1 by 1 as they come

gshivers - Great post. I'm not surprising to see the excitement here and SP expectations but i'm kind of in the same boat as you. I think it's undervalued still by some distance so initially looking for 200%, in 2022 and then I'l reassess if and when that comes.

The company will have to continue delivering on numerous fronts to keep the momentum building. But with the aggressive, transparent and streamline start they've made, the company aren't waiting around. Interesting to see them targeting a Heap Leach process with the lower grade material, as well as the ongoing CIL activities. First time i encountered the Heap leach process, in a basic format was actually on Aussie Gold hunters with the dirt dogs. Can be very affective as an additional source of revenue, and will assist in helping them meet the production figures

My first buy was 1.7/1.8p, not the biggest but I've followed it all the way down to significantly reduce my average. At 1.03p i had the dilemma of throwing everything spare i had at it, but i made a few purchases and set a big BUY limit to 0.0092. Very ambitious but I was determined to follow it all the way down but there was bound to be a bottom. Production figures, assays, resource extensions and plans to drive Nyakafuru forward, that will do the talking here. Plenty of room to run and lots coming our way. Stock moving into sticky hands, with many looking into the future with the 1,000,000 seller out of the way

Just evidence that production is increasing month on month. Combined with the factor of lower total costs per oz, and the company is onto something brilliant. A real Golden opportunity we’ve been provided with. I spent a long time investing into companies with 0 JORC Resources, who would drill 2/3,000m every 4-5 months, then you await a similar timeframe for results. Very different story here ;)

Yeah I’d be surprised if they never hit 2,000 oz. although that being said I fully agree, even 2,000 oz for a small cap company is a terrific landmark.

They sold 569 in September, and that was with the plant running at a limited schedule with all of the ongoing upgrades. If they hit 1,000 oz in December and for OCT/NOV, they match Septembers output, that in itself is 2,100 oz.

We’ll be leading the way in the small cap world soon. It’s almost like the company have skipped generations and revolutionised exploration with activities so far. Way ahead of the curve.

I tweeted before a snippet from the Q3 operational update. It just discusses the grid power savings of $100 per oz, and also there should be less capital expenditure in Q4, lowering the total costs.

Robbie just retweeted it which is a good sign.

It's more satisfyingly for me because this is how the company best feel comfortable. This was their approach from Day 1, be transparent, share the daily activities and goings on. Something you just don't see with other companies. Long may it continue

Bebeto, even better. This putting less pressure on ramping up existing equipment to hit your levels. If you can rely on different material yielding a higher grade, this will significantly benefit the companies production numbers. Looking forward to see what 10,000m of RC drilling at the Southern mieralised zone returns.

I feel like these investments, it's partly down to the projects and assets for your valuation, and also to do with the vision of the board and actions taken for future growth

And it's one reason I'm extremely bullish here, Jason and Robbie present the company in a great light, and have so far put their words into actions. I see GCAT in 3-5 years having 3-4 multi million oz, gold producing mines in East Africa, and what a statement that would be

I'd be happy with 2 bags from here for the foreseeable, with of course the potential to be multiples of that in years to come

I think GCAT is undervalued as we speak, by quite some way but i wouldn't want it to get carried away with itself, and become volatile. The rises should be sustained and looking at the likes of Shanta Gold "£89m" and Hummingbird "£54m" and how they're valued with production figures a lot better than ours, one step at a time.

The growth will come, and with its ongoing Acquisition strategy and Concept of increasing group resources, there's a very bright future ahead for Caracal. Lots of hard work to get through first
