Yeah no problem. CAPEX is a big one here. $2B, could be more now, could be less but that's the ball park. If something costs you $2,000,000,000 to build, you'd imagine the revenue involved should far outweigh this. Something the Financial feasibility of the project should demonstrate, and if it doesn't, well it isn't worth continuing with.
It's a very, nice thought as an investor, especially from £1m. Will significant dilution, and raising £5m over 24-36 months, be outweighed by a % retention long term in the project. You'd imagine 100% yes
But as "investors", you really need the full details of the project, or what the company know this far, to continue with your investment, or to buy more. It's nice buying into a dream, but making it a reality is a whole different ball game. We need: Reports, Financial backing, terms and conditions and much more, and then and only then will you really see movement here
