Donold, great post
Shiner, the intention I think was always to drill at both projects. I still firmly believe that a JV was very close, hence why we took the immediate decision to mobilise Midas at bailleston.
I bought In on the basis that the JV was a done deal. Not just from what Craig was saying, but reading these boards and Twitter. That’s a little naivety on my behalf. But you live on learn. The JV is still a strong possibility, but we are now drilling on 2 gold projects, maintaining 100% of both (for now)
It’s been a funny journey, instead of it being plain sailing, simple and getting the JV agreed, it feels like a game of monopoly for me. Instead of rolling a couple of dice, and making your way around the board, we’ve gone to jail, been released, got free parking, won 2nd prize in a beauty pageant, back to jail, released and back on the home straight. But we will make it.
We’re fully funded, and the picture will soon become a lot clearer. 4 holes from HR3; a few from CRESWICK and maybe a bit of licensing news inebtween. These results need to deliver for me. Not necessarily 80g/t every time, but enough high grade and wide intersections to suggest we are finally making good strides. The 6th month of the year is nearly upon us, and in terms of shareholder returns, there’s very little to show. I think that’s all about to change.
