G3 Exploration Limited (In Official Liquidation) (the “Company”)
I can only confirm what has been said before, and that is the Joint Official Liquidator (“JOLs”) will provide an update to all creditors and shareholders as and when there is something to report. At the moment, there is nothing to report.
As regards your assertion that you are a shareholder of the Company, again I can only repeat what has already been said - and that is your name does not appear on the shareholder register of the Company – hence you are not regarded as a shareholder.
You may regard yourself as the beneficial owner of shares in the Company by virtue of buying some shares through a nominee or an intermediary (e.g. HSBC), but that does not make you a shareholder of the Company – it would be your nominee or your intermediary that would be noted in the shareholder register and hence they would be regarded as the shareholder.
As has been said, the JOLs will send an update at a time of their choosing, when, in their view, there is something material to report.
Kind regards,
Rebecca Rohan
Any idea how many holders / shares would be needed for this , I'm guessing a lot and with only a small number of shares in PI hands we may struggle. One other option might be to try and get a group seat on a liquidation committee. The fact no creditor wanted such a seat seemed a little odd to me.
and a minute after posting here, i got this in from the court.
At this point you will have to liaise directly with the JOLs regarding any queries as it relates to the report in question as the Court itself cannot become involved in direct correspondence but will seek to ensure that any issues raised are addressed by the JOLs.
Many thanks
Bridget Clare I Acting FSD Registrar, Notary Public, Personal Assistant I Financial Services Division
The court checked with the judge , they said go ask the JOLS.
The JOLS did their usual, go ask your broker - like they'll know more than the JOLS.
Have tried again with both the court and the JOLS asking why it's so hard for them to give a yes / no answer to the Q of has the report been submitted to the court and when.
Will keep on at them and if I get anything I will post in here.
Tried emailing them and hit the same brickwall everyone seems to , that we are not listed as shareholders as it's our brokers that names thats on them.
Have tried asking blunt question about when the 'shortly thereafter' RNS is coming out, also contacted the court direct asking them if the report was subbed and when next hearing is. Not expecting to get anywhere, can but try.
Perhaps if everyone starts badgering them they will issue something.

'do you have any advice on how to keep your chin up when you feel like you've missed opportunities? '
Have a look at this page https://www.lse.co.uk/share-prices/fallers.html and you'll probably see some others you considered investing in, that should help :-)
I check my account daily (with jarvis X-O) and they've always showed 100% loss and worth nothing but today they are showing 24.5p and shows the number i'm holding, try to sell though and it says insufficient so strange things happening across platforms.
I know it's only small amounts(every little helps) but it's made me 62% profit over the last 6 weeks buying in the relative lows and managing to sell at the right time. Another £500 buy setup at a 2.8p limit
Buy 20/4 3135 @ 3p
Sell 30/4 3135 @ 5.1p
Buy 26/5 19002 @ 2.6p
Sell 29/5 19002 @ 4.2p
It was the grand court that the winding up petitions were heard in, this weeks lists below. Not sure if any use.

@DanBrown83 'Broker was mentioned on original RNS 2nd January'
I stand corrected, guess I didn't do all my DD either but at least it is just me who lost out as a result of my tardiness.
@Officemanager 'Only £250 quid down , yet only recently invested, that's amazing as the sp soared after the RNS you mention'.
I put my buy order in after trading on 2nd and executed in the morning at just shy of 8p. I was tempted to cash out in the mid 10's but decided to hold out, another lesson learnt.
which is about what these are now worth :-(
I'm a relative newbie to investing, made a couple of bad ones and a couple of good ones but still learning.
I bought into these based on the current production potential + the RNS around the QIA funding which appeared to put the company in great shape for the future.
Had the broker been mentioned in the QIA funding RNS, it would have been a different story as it was clearly a scam just from the website itself. Thankfully as a newbie i'm not investing huge amounts, in Lek i'm about £250 down - i do feel for the larger PI out there.
Risk V reward at current price, I can see it and may well buy in a bit more to average down.
As for other avenues for funding, does anybody think that the current BOD are fit and competent persons to take this forward - if I was in the position of being approached by them asking for a loan they'd be told where to go.
Get a new BOD on board, then go for the funding discussions is the only way I see forward for LEK.
I'm fairly new to investing and have a small holding in BZT which i've had for some time, currently in profit of about half a percent but hopeful on that changing for the better :-)
Looking back through the RNS i don't see Tavira previously having a TR-1 notification - have they just amassed an 18% holding in Dec or am I missing something ?
