Is the CE mark still valid in the UK?
Big news for manufacturers: the UK Government announced on 1 August 2023 that it will indefinitely recognize the EU's product conformity assessment mark (the “Conformité Européenne” or “CE” mark), with respect to a range of manufactured goods placed on the UK market.16 Aug 2023
Bank of England Interest rates held at 5.25%, combined with governments £2B hydrogen strategy should help boost stocks even more today. It's been nice to see a continuous run of blue!
How bizare. Robin has left already. Gone to the Netherlands to work for Legrand data centre solutions. Seems odd
Daz, if you read all the RNS, you'll see that of the 200k income, 100k was from the final ExtremeE race, and 100k from rental on power towers.
An interesting snippet from the recent RNS.
"We are continuing to receive interest for further deployments, from both existing and new customers and finishing the current production run of H-Power Towers during the spring of 2023 will see up to 10 of our fleet of H-Power Towers deployed in the field simultaneously this year. As this run is expected to complete soon, we've already started the next development cycle, which will benefit from the customer feedback we are receiving. Based on the feedback received, we plan to focus on two things. The first of these will be an increase in the power output by building on the existing modular platform, albeit with a change to the form factor so it looks more like a generator and less like a tower. The second will be the value engineering aimed at halving the production costs, relative to the existing H-Power Towers"
So we already know existing cutomer base accounts for 7 units, (Mace Dragados, Kier, Keltbray, Acciona, Surrey Copper Distillery, Taylor Woodrow, Colas Rail) so that means we could have 1 or even 3 new customers to announce via RNS or our existing customers like it and want more. Either way, its great news.
I also really like this approach to change the form of the larger output towers, into a more traditional looking generator, shows we are listening to the customer and giving them what they want not what we think they need.
I wonder if this change of form will also apply to the 10kw system to reduce production complexity and if so, does this mean our current production tooling investment could now be redundant.
I really want to get to the AGM this year and learn more about this development, but if I don't, for anyone that is going, would you bring this up?

"Expected Delivery" Garonne.
Thought you might've learnt the meaning of this word by now as you have been banging on about it for over a year with regards to our "expected" multiple orders.
Here you go, as you're so keen on definitions, here's another one for you.
Expected: Regarded as likely; anticipated
No mention of PROMISES in there! So we'll see how the market reacts IF its later than EXPECTED and then you can roast AB as much as you like but IF its delivered in the EXPECTED time I'm sure you'll be the first to congratulate Bond and take it all back again.
Please just give it a rest mate.
Thank you Haggis

I'm not a trader, and my knowledge on trading is quite basic. I've tried to find information on this topic but struggling to find a meaningful answer.
Genuine question so hoping for a sensible informed response. Thanks in advance
What past form are you referring to Garonne with regards to late delivery?
I reached out to the guy who pointed out the ISO13850 none compliance. Turns out its because it has red text saying around the emergency stop on the yellow outer disc. Doesn't need to say anything at all so it's a minor issue. Nothing to see here.
SuperStar, I think Garry is referring to section 3.7 but I would've thought the fact the switch is recessed in the panel meets the requirement so possibly something else. It's not a huge standard to read through so in my opinion it's minor anyway

I presumed it would be AFC employees but its just Martyns comment saying "we installed" that made me question myself... Possibly a couple AFC guys showing the keltbray guys for future deployments maybe? Training exercise
It's not entirely clear from his post (Martyn Hodge - Keltbray) but do you think these are Keltray employees or AFC employees assembling the tower?

Another one out the door!
That's not entirely true is it Garonne. Your main gripe was Adam himself and his "lies" about promising orders. So how has Accionas post changed your position on that?
Great to see Accionia Construcion are acquiring electrical construction machinery to be used on their urban construction projects. Looks like they are takeing their own decarbanisation plan targets seriously to mitigate climate change. What's more interesting is that these machine have been tested in a housing construction project in Cádiz province, where the power is located! I wonder how they've been charging these machines sustainably?

and to clarify, they said they EXPECT to see multiple system orders, NOT "that we would see multiple product sales"
It may well have done, but that's not what you asked for DW.
You asked for ONE example of a commitment they made and that they delivered on time. I've given TWO
