New uncle Robert Menzel left Global vision to join ppp's board and has spent 18months here for absolutely no pay and no reason. Come on.

30 oil and gas wells were drilled. They have the numbers. They were for ppp's return but I believe they've been mopped up by RM's Global vision. It kinda makes sense why RM stuck around for twelve months with Lunn and between them must have struck a deal, hence petrol quest owns 50% of the ppp subsidiary now. This hopefully means that they will include these with RMD PPP return and RTO

Yep DJM1 your right. I think they will be trying to get hold of as much asset as possible for the £30m valuation.

There may be a nice surprise in Texas.... But they also said there are other USA sites and Canada and Poland as well as Ukraine. Still not got info on most of those.

Another thing to note they put RNS out at all sorts of times so we keep eyes peeled al day long for updates now.

I want to hammer home the fact that Robert Menzel knows about more wells. Circa 30. Will the board ever get him to put out the info on these? I'm hoping that these are included in the Portfolio and at least a JV with Global vision and PPP/RMD drill these.

Zag you don't seem to understand the important of Texas being included in our portfolio. This will be worth hundreds of millions of dollars. At least 100 million in my opinion.

Anyway looks like there's not much else to talk about as not much seem to be discussed last night by the looks of it. I wonder why they are still hanging on to operation on news updates and Richard did say there was some very good news but they couldn't release it yet.

Has anyone stopped to think that Mavriky may have found that the oil and gas Wells were goas after all.

Perhaps they need more time to get all the facts and figures before they release it but perhaps they are also very impressed with what they've found.

You see Robert menzel may need to help him because he will know what the exact worth of all the Wells are as he was going to do the joint venture with global vision and ppp.

I'm hoping that the 30 oil and gas Wells now in the hands of global vision will be joint ventured with PPP going forward. We are still to see figures of these but hopefully not in the too distant future we will have this info.

The FCA complaint thing could be true but it might just be a load of rubbish as well to buy them a few more days or maybe another week or so Grace.

M2CC, not everyone works from home sat on their ass waiting for the meeting to start and not everything is so simple. Family life committments, family arrangements etc do not always allow attendance of the meeting times.

I'm a large shareholder and I couldn't attend last night. I think you cannot judge people for not being able to attend all of them.

Yes I think it should be in their interest to keep dilution down to a minimum in theory.

I'm in a similar boat to Colin. I had not written this off the though because I have always believed that it will come good.

I know that keeping the shares dilution to a minimum is extremely important. If Texas is a goer then we will have far more than 30m mcap imo.

I hope that Texas is included but not the four legacy wells but the 30 that are in the global vision portfolio now and which has links to rob menzel and his son.....

It will be extremely interesting to see the figures be released.

Ukraine, Canada, Poland etc I'm still undecided on, I feel we need to see proper figures and then we can assess net value.

I think ppp and were aiming at main market and I think this was for ii and bigger investment funds and access to a bigger pool of investors.

Main market is a better option for huge growth potential imho.

The MMs will play the volatility and it wouldn't be worth it early on. (Good news could change it and raise the share price big time) Or even gap up right away.

Personally (me only) will be keeping my shares in as I have seen this before to sell and lose out on a big bounce and rise. The company could release good news anytime so it's best not to act in haste.

I'm sure that Robert Menzel has told mavriky how good texas could have been. After all he was going to complete a jv so Robert Menzel must know the real value of it.

the company have assembled a new bod and team and stated many times that ppp will list as a main market company with assets that are deemed to be worth millions. you have chief derrickson will be the buy all available stock - a billionaire. would he really be involved with ppp if it were a load of ****?

unfortunately the company has been made to look "worthless" and rubbish but it couldn't be further from the truth.

now the there were 3 raises during suspension, two at 6p and one at 12p and now the clns are 4p.....so if the mm's are fair then the average price is around 8p.

that's where this could really open up purely based on the raises.

also now let's add that if the company return with some good news or very good news regarding assets then this could be worth millions and millions.

there are 30 oil and gas wells within the global vision portfolio that were destined for ppp and the jv. those are still with gv and robert menzel (whose company it is) is on our board. mavriky has gone over to texas to look at the four legacy wells plus these - mark my words.

i can't wait to hear back. i hope gv will include the 30 wells in amongst our assets

those 30 were deemed to be worth over $200m.

forget your 1p. if the board play this right then 10-15p could be absolutely achievable in the first few trading sessions....perhaps even higher. a key thing is keeping our shares dilution down to minimum.

Definitely more if very good news comes out. 10,15,20p plus depending on news (and low number of shares.

I am expecting Mavriky and Robert Menzel to be doing their due diligence on the Texas assets. I hope we get clarity on those 30 wells. They are a big prize that we need a part of. Let's see the juicy stuff now please Mr Spinks and Mavriky. Let's get all the details of every asset.
