Look at the companies they have done it to since Covid .

People are still spending ,two different bathroom fitter I have asked for a quote

So logic is now that there is a divi to paid the shares are not worth holding on to.

And yet they held them when no divi was being paid and no profits being reported.

They are on a far more solid footing now than anytime since Covid restrictions.

The board have also said that divi is likely to increase so you are getting a return for holding them ,and expect to report greater profits in future.

Can you explain how you come to the figure you did .As like the rest of us guessing where it will go .

If you need to wait for spring for it to move higher due to winter passenger numbers ,tell me then why did the share price move up in Mid November then again in January to over £5.

And exactly why would no one consider a bid ,when there was an offer in the past .And a guy whom is in the business saying it’s something that could happen .So never say never .

As for ambition if you don’t plan ahead you get left standing still and the competitors only get stronger.Also replacing the fleet with more efficient ones thus earning more per passenger .

I myself am a long term holder , (and a if only I had traded them )😂😂.

Reason I’m long term is that in another 3 to 4 years I’m looking to take early retirement with not looking to touch my pensions for a few years yet .

So looking for shares that pay a good divi or return of capital , that will hopefully also a good chance of increase in share price

Hopefully Glencore are able to do both as we near the move to cleaner energy with them having the resources that are required.

Decided to do the same ,need to think of long term .

Do you think that Glencore will keep same level of divi or increase it ?

And broker targets .Do you expect it to get anywhere near as I see the lowest is £5:60 in the last 6 months .

Don’t know why I don’t try and trade as it’s seems guaranteed that it will get kicked back down

Looking more like 450s every time you think it going well something comes out to kick it back down .

I got Bp below £2 sold at av £5:03 then re bought at £4:77 sold at £5:35 and now sitting patiently in Glencore collecting divi whist hoping it also recovers .
