Anthropic's AI models Mythos 5 and Fable 5 have just been suspended from use by foreign nationals (outside of the USA).

So decided to look up as to whose AI version Pri0r1ty use,

It would seam to be a form of AI GPT from open source third party software

(It was developed by OpenAI, an independent artificial intelligence research organization headquartered in San Francisco).

That's what these platforms are for Africanskies, shared viewpoints from people with different life experiences. Especially when it's company specific as an investment.

I think the trick is trying to pick out the most relevant bits in relation to your investment. Sometimes we get it wrong, but hopefully most times we get it right.

Hi guys,

Seeing as the 2025 accounts have been signed off , with resumption of trading on AIM and the assured funding (to company is self funding, as per company statement), the essential part.

Now as from this moment in time it wouldn't surprise me if there was a pickup in signed deals from businesses that understandably would have held back on any deal making until it was clear that this company was on a viable footing for the foreseeable future.

And yes I bought a few yesterday.

Apart from the excellent write up on the Telegram group just now, but thought it's worth highlighting the Company Director's are on a reduced salary combined with granted warrants in partial lieu of salary at a higher share price of 11p, compared to where it stands at the present moment.

Additionally, the Company announces that, in order to preserve cash for deployment within the business, it has agreed to pay the Directors a reduced salary and has granted the Directors warrants over ordinary shares in the Company ("Warrants") as partial remuneration in lieu of salary. The Directors have not received any salary in respect of their roles since January 2024 in order to maximise available cash for the Company's portfolio of investments.

Key Advisor Appointments in South Africa

The Company is pleased to advise that a number of new advisor, consultant and service provider appointments have recently been made in South Africa.

AcaciaCap Advisors Pty Limited ("AcaciaCap"), who were appointed in June 2024 as corporate advisors to assist with the Company's planned uranium mine purchases and advanced project acquisitions in South Africa, have further been appointed to assist with the Company's proposed fast-track listing on the JSE as recently announced. AcaciaCap is accredited by the JSE as a Sponsor and Designated Advisor as well as an Independent Expert.

AcaciaCap are further assisting the Company's UK-based advisors and key stakeholders in South Africa in securing all outstanding regulatory approvals and submissions in respect to the Acquisitions.

In addition, the Company has appointed Light Consulting Pty Limited ("LCL"), to provide company secretarial services in South Africa. LCL is a related company of AcaciaCap and a specialist provider of such services.

Mr James Duncan of JMDwrite, has been appointed as the Company's media and investor communications advisor in South Africa. Mr Duncan has over 40 years' experience in South Africa's media and financial markets and with a particular focus in the mining industry as a corporate communications specialist and he will assist the Company in raising its profile and market awareness of the Company's major uranium growth and production strategy in Africa.

The Company has also appointed AcaciaCap and South African based Utshalo, led by Mr Paul Miller, a highly experienced financial services, mining finance, minerals exploration, mine development and mining operations executive. AcaciaCap and Utshalo will assist the Company in broadening its investor and shareholder base in South Africa.
